I wouldn't call it a caopy cat per se, the girls in Mew Mew Power arn't from another planet, and there fused with Extinct animals...oh and copy cat lol.
EDIT: Thought about it for a sec...and your right it IS a copy cat.

I s'pose you're right....Though the characters aren't directly from the other planets...They really just represent the other planets...
