Anakin wsa not at all disturbed sensing she was fleeing from him. He was calm and focused as he brushed past others in the streets, knowing he was nearing her. He finally stopped and closed his eyes. He knew where her next destination would be and he immediately took action. He walked up to a man who was on a speeder bike. The man yelled and fell off his speeder as Anakin gave him what looked like a fatal wound with his saber. He stole the speeder and carried on his pursuit with a half crooked smirk.

Padme shut down the water speeder as she pulled up to the lodge's docks. Grabbing her luggage she walked up the flight of stairs to see Mon Mothma sitting on the balcony filling out a datapad. The alliance leader looked up in suprise. "Padme, back so soon?" Padme nodded. "Suspicions of my death have aroused so I've left society for a time," she said as an excuse.

Anakin continued on the speeder knowing he was growing closer. He suddenly had to pull to a stop for the lake was infront of him. It didn't take long before he started to speeder again, and simply and fastly started to make his way around the lake. In the distance, he could see the lodge coming into view.

stormtroopers suddenly burst in with the fleet admiral and aimed their weapons at the two as a dead royal guard was flung down

Padme moved toward the balcony and saw the approaching speeder. She recognized the cloak trailing behind the figure. Her hand went to the naboo pistol at her belt and she took aim. All it would take was a good directed shot. But she couldn't do it. Her love for Anakin still existed and she couldn't bring herself to kill him.

Anakin now saw her on the balcony. He felt himself yearn for her. His speeder reached the lodge and he brought it to a sharp stop. He pulled his hood up, back over his head and looked around his surroundings to see if there were no guards near.
