Kara walked away from everyone, feeling a tad bit left out. She sat on her on, near the shore. She sighed and looked down to her lap, sadly. She couldn't believe that she was on an island, when she was supposed to be in LA. She sighed deeply and looked out at the horizon.

Claire decided to wash her clothes and relax just off the beach. She walked to the edge of the crash/camp site and undressed. She walked carefully into the waves. Using some sand, she scrubbed the dirt from her blouse and cami, then her cargo pants. She walked out of the waves and set her clothes on a rock to dry and went back into the water and just swam around and relaxed.

Kara smiled some and looked at the sunset. "It's better. It still hurts, though." She wrapped her arms around her legs, that she pulled to her chest. She sighed deeply and rested her chin on her knees.

Claire watched the sun set over the ocean. It was starting to get colder, so she swam back to the shore and chained into her sun-warmed clothing and walked back to her seats.

Hurley was going around and handing out the only food on the plane: chicken or lasagna. He came up to Claire sitting on the beach: "So, like, ya want chicken or lasanga? I'm not sure if there's much difference, but..." "I'll have the chicken, thanks," said Claire with a smile. Hurley blushed underneath his curly mop of hair and went over to Charlie and Kara on the beach: "I've got the grub. You want chicken or lasagna?"
