Charlie took his serving. "Thanks dude." He said and contuined to stare out the water, smiling. He started to get that fealing, needing his drugs, but he couldent go now. He moved his foot over them, just for reashurence.
(Shall we skip a bit? I havent watched this in a lond while)

Kara walked along the beach, since Jack and the others were gone. She had decided not to go on their little adventures, because she knew that she would be a burden to them. She sighed and wrapped Charlie's jacket closer to her body.

Claire was sitting on the beach writing in her journal. She only had two pages left, so she was trying to write as small as possible to save space:
"Dear journal,
The random cravings have really kicked up a notch. I'm craving everything and anything that this bloody place can't give me. Today it's peanut butter. Oh God, I feel like I'll explode if I don't get any!"

EDIt: I just checked it out, and were about when Locke finds out Charlie's drug addiction. And theirs a bit of an argument about if they should sleep in the caves or on the beach. In the next episode 'The Moth' Charlie helps Jack after a cve has collasped)
