Yup, that´s very possible; most operas that I know were in those languages ... Some Spanish too ... Italian ...

Sure ya can! anyone can sing given the right amount of help and practice.
I used to not even be able to tell which notes were higher or lower than eachother and now My sister, my Dad, and I are singing frequently at different places.
