Knyn stood slowly, reaching for the greatsword that wasn't there. He followed Orien without a word. When they got to the cell door, he murmured, "Orien... may I have a word with you?"

Just as the former prince turned, Knyn hit him a punch that could have sent anyone reeling. Massaging his bruised fist, he told him, "That was for sending me into a most unpleasant depression over the prospect of death." Silently chuckling to himself, he pulled his cowl back over his head and exited the cell.

Orien's head was caused to swirl around and it seemed he lost his balance. Catching himself on the cold iron bars of the cell, he straightened, licking the blood from his lip. Arching a brow, he replied softly.

" You're welcome."

Orien stepped out, leaving the cell door ajar. Sighing, his optics narrowed as he stared at the mist.

" I'll need you in tact if you at all wish to help, if not, so be it. Leave."

Slightly spectral laughter drifts out of the mist. "I don't intend on leaving..... I'll be here, you just won't see me...." With that, the mist dissolves as it floats higher....

Orien rubbed his jaw gingerly, still slightly shocked from the blow, however he did not blame the man. The guards, had they been more apt to such circumstances, would have interfered, but thankfully did not. The two men seemed as brothers, each of the same stalky stature, with the same golden blonde curly hair.

Nodding mechanically, they said not a word as they turned to lead them out a secret corridor. The brick wall. It must have been new, Orien thought, watching as one planted his heel hard onto a certain stone in the floor. It triggered an area of wall (four feet by four feet) to slide open. A usuall grinding sound emitted as the wall slowly swung inward, like rocks sliding upon dusty rocks. There was a moment of silence as they all seemed to just stare at the entrance, unaware as to what lay inside. One guard stooped and plunged into the darkness first, torch in hand, while the other waited for the rest of the group to follow suit....
