Reia looked annoyed and rolled her eyes as the Geonosian guards walked away, thinking to herself, Great. She looked at Anakin as he said, "I retransmitted it just as you requested, Master. Then we decided to come and rescue you."

Then rolled her eyes and scoffed as Obi-Wan said, "Good job."

She barely paid attention as the Geonosian spoke, until he gave the order for their executions and she heard the creaking of doors being raised. She looked over at Padme as Obi-Wan and Anakin mentioned her name, and saw her climbing on top of the column. Her eyes suddenly widened, and she looked forward at the strange-looking creatures approaching them. Think, girl, think... she told herself, How're you going to get out of this one?...Come on, THINK! she scolded herself. Her mind was moving quickly, but another part of her mind was aware of time and how quickly those creatures were approaching. She tried to think...what could she do...? Wait - that could work.... Her face suddenly became calm again. She eyed the creature coming at her warily, watching its every move.

Eljaraj looked at the creatures, then at Padme. She raised an eyebrow when she saw her cousin was using her chain to climb the pole.

Reia kept her eye on the creature, but looked over at Obi-Wan by reflex when the creature tried to attack him, and was consequently scratched on the side by the animal - seemingly half-wolf and half-bear, having the claws and roar of a bear, but teeth and gait of a wolf. She let out a loud yell of pain, then looked up and stared the creature right in the eye.

Eljaraj jumped over the reek, as it charged to her, and she landed on top of the pole. She swung the chain off the hook, and looked down at the reek.

((there was an acklay (spider-like), reek (rhino like), and nexu (cat/wolf-like)

[Yeah, but I had to be original. I thought they would've added more creatures if there were more people, but whatever. In that case...]


Reia eyed the acklay as it came toward her and Obi-Wan. It went for Obi-Wan first, but he used its attack to his advantage and cut the chain. Reia struggled against her bonds and, looking over her shoulder, whispered "What about me?!" but there was too much noise for anyone to hear. She looked up at her lock, which was stubbornly not clicking. It seemed as though all of the Geonosians were looking at her, the only one still trapped, and that it wouldn't be long before the creatures discovered this fact, too. For almost the first time in her life, panic flowed in her veins. She looked down just in time - the nexu was about to scratch her. She ducked, and it cut the chain. She sighed in relief, then rolled to the side on the sand and took the opportunity to grab her blaster. She took aim and shot it once on its stomach to stall it for a moment, then got up and took off running to get to one of the others.

Eljaraj looked down and she saw Reia running. The reek had now gone for Anakin, and she used the chain to help her get to the ground. she landed next to Reia.

Reia stood next to Eljaraj, looking around for the enemy creatures. "Good thing I keep one of these on me at all times, huh?" she muttered over her shoulder. She turned back to the scene. "Secret is to put it in a place they don't want to look," she smirked.

Eljaraj raised an eyebrow, and she looked around. "Yeah." she half-replied.

Reia rolled her eyes and said, "Eljaraj. I meant in my boot," then fired a shot at the acklay.

She nodded and looked at Reia. "That's better.."

Reia looked at her annoyedly, then quickly fired a shot over her and Eljaraj's shoulders at the nexu and whipped around to fire one at the acklay again. She looked up to see the nexu going after Padme. "Padme!" she yelled.

Eljaraj looked up worriedly at her cousin.

Suddenly, Reia found a spearpoint at her cheek. She expected that the Geonosians hadn't approved of her blaster. She handed it over and ducked as the acklay attacked it. She rolled underneath it, trying to dodge its many legs, and finally grabbed Obi-Wan's outstretched arm to get herself back up. She stood beside him and Eljaraj, now unarmed, eyes never leaving the acklay.

Eljaraj sighed. "I pretty much wish I had my lightsaber with me right now...It'd be a big help." she muttered softly.

Reia laughed nervously. "Ohh...you bet it would," she said, subconsciously squeezing Obi-Wan's wrist. She realized what she was doing, looked down, and let go of his wrist, saying, "Sorry." She looked around quickly, trying to think fast.

Cheyenne struggled on the back of her beast, unable to get her chain loose from its horn. As the beast to a run, to Anakin's poll, Cheyenne to a fall of it, being dragged.
