Hey people! I'm new, but I would like to take on your banner/avatar orders! I have an extensive library of LotR images, as well as a lot of Narnia ones.
I use the GIMP (Graphic Image Manipulation Program), and I also do work on other forums. At this point, I'm bored..so I hope your orders are challenging!
I can do any kind of graphics, but mostly banners (700 by 150), signatures (400 by 100), and avatars (100 by 100), as well as icons for AIM (64 by 64).
Here's a form for you to use:
Graphic: Avatar, Signature, Banner, Icon
Size: If you have a specific size in mind, please specify; otherwise just leave it blank.
Theme: LotR, Narnia, PotC, HP, etc...
Person/Character: Arwen, Gandalf, Frodo, Sam, Legolas, etc...
Color Scheme: Red, Blue, Gold, Green, Rainbow, etc...
Border? [_] Yes [_] No (If so, what color?)
Text? [_] Yes [_] No (If so, what should be put on it, and in what color?)
Overall look: I.E.: scary, sad, silly, etc...
Animated? [_] Yes [_] No (If so, what would you like featured in it?)

could you make me 2 Harry Potter banners?
size: 700 x 150
character: Harry
banner 1. Harry & the Patronus, by the lake, in Prizoner of Azkaban
banner 2. Harry & the 3 challenges, in Goblet of Fire
color: let the pictures decide, but I suspect they´ll mainly be silver/white - blue & green
border: not neccesary
overall look: action

I'll be getting right on them...we're currently out of town, but I have 'hijacked' a computer.  My GIMP is on the laptop, which isn't connected to the 'net. So they'll be done ASAP...sometime around tomorrow. Sorry for the delay... _________________

Hey Zandain, I'm finishing up the first...I looked a long time for pics for the second banner. But I couldn't find anything that showed the three challenges. If you could find a pic for me, I would be more than willing to work with that. Otherwise, I can make just a plain HP one.
