Yes I agree. I guess we need Witch_King_of_Angmar to make the official announcement though that they're kicked out. And then we need to find new members...they come around every so often but I can't say that they're waiting in line at the black gates.

Yes I'm an elf too...I actually have a question. Is it possible for an elf to be evil? In the Sil there were a couple of elves that were kinda evil but they were actually more crazy than evil. They weren't in cahoots with Morgorth or Sauron. There's evil Maia and Vala obviously, so why aren't elves ever evil?

good..good...and Beriadanwen about that elves being evil thing...you mean in LOTR only? I do believe such would be possible cause even saruman who is a maia (was That it? or was it another word...anyway) cause saruman goes evil I think that elves can be evil/corrupted.

But in other fantasy books that I have read there are some cases... In Forgotten Realms there are dark elves and there is at least one evil elf, but she can be described also as vengeful (wants revenge...) because of a misunderstood sitsuation...

Then in Dragonlance there are elves that have fallen to the dark for example whose name I don`t remember....anyway he studied the dark arts of magic (I don`t know how any of you know about this, but there are white mages, red mages and black mages, in other words good, neutral & Evil) The Wishmaster song is actually slightly about him cause shalafi appears in the words and he calls his master that, which is master in elvish...

Now...I hope that`s covered...I will punch myself if I wrote for nothing...

I was referring to LotR, I actually don't know anything about those other two, so yes I guess it's possible but in never seems to happen in the story. Although the orcs were once elves that were corrupted and deranged by Melkor. But in the actual story there is never an elf that stays in elf form and is in league with Sauron/Melkor. Tolkien consistently described elves as 'good people', and I think that they were the one being in Arda that could not easily be 'turned evil' by the dark lords. And yet he had Maia, who are more powerful than the elves, in league with Melkor/Sauron. Strange...I keep on saying Melkor, but he's more commonly called Morgorth isn't he? Guess it doesn't really matter.

I`m a 15 guy from finland and I`m a coffee addict I live in a place called joensuu, which is located in the eastern parts of finland.

I obviously like LOTR, SW and Heavy Metal, but mostly Nightwish and Iron Maiden. I propably have the strangest favourite actors, who are Steve Buscemi, Uma Thurman , Christopher Lee, Harvey Keitel, Michael Mansen and Samuel Jackson...hhmmm suprise everyone except Lee have been in Tarantino movies, which I love! Reservoir Dogs for some reason might hit me more than Kill Bill`s....
