Eleshna grimaced at the thought and nodded her agreement. "Let us quicken the pace some, then..."

Whispering elvish to the horse beneath her, she urged Syndar to a canter, casting a glance behind her for a moment.

Azher hurried his stride and soon kept pace easily with Syndar as they traveled along the ground.

"Do you want to stop for the night, or just part of it?" Jaden asked Eleshna, hinting at the fact that they would need at least some rest.

"We'll stop for the night. I've a feeling the creature is saving his strength..." Eleshna answered as she looked ahead to where the sun had already begun its trek to its setting position.

"Alright." Jaden agreed. As the sun sunk far below the horizen they soon stopped for the night.

"I'll take first watch." Jaden offered.

Eleshna nodded in agreement and dismounted Syndar, pulling her satchel off as well and removing the blanket.

Setting off a short distance, she spread the blanket out and settled on her side as usual her sword placed on the ground before her, a hand rested on the hilt.

Jaden set out watching the land for any signs of the enemy approching.. or anything else to be alarmed by.

The night seemed to pass away slowly as he sat silently. Glancing over at Eleshna he realized for the first time the peacefullness that fell on somone who was sleeping was void from her face.

After half the night of thinking, talking to himself, worying about the future,and reaching the same conclusiont hat he always had he went and woke Azher.

Azher took watch fo rthe rest of the night and Jaden went to rest, letting Eleshna sleep the rest of the night. He knew she had been having more trouble sleeping than himself.

Half the night Eleshna spent in troubled sleep, but the second half she fell into a deeper less troubled sleep, and only awoke when the sunlight streamed over the land and across her face.

She sat up, covering a yawn with the back of her hand and suddenly smiled towards the sunshine, though only for a breif moment before she realised exactly where she was and why.

Letting out a quiet sigh, Eleshna stood and glanced around with caution.

Jaden stired and roled over as Eleshna woke, the small noises bring ing him out of his sleep.

He opened his eyes to see Eleshna standing over to his right a ways.

The sun was comming up and it was time that they should be going. Jaden stood to his feet and rubed his eyes a bit as he glanced into the horizen.

Eleshna turned and smiled slightly at Jaden then bent down to pack her blanket into her satchel.

"Did you sleep well?" she question quietly, turning to place her pack on Syndar.

Eleshna merely nodded her head, a slight smile formed upon her face, her expression now relaxed somewhat by the pleasent rest.

Jaden jumped on Azher and made sure his things were all in order. He looked ahead to the direction they woudl be going, then behind, then over to Eleshna to see if she was ready.

As they continued onwards Jaden was emersed in memories fo his parents fo rosme unknown reason. He tried to shake off the painfull memories but they wouldn't go away.

Soon mid day was comming around, there journey stilll heading steadily on.

Eleshna rode in silence, her thoughts drifting from faded memories of her past, to her enslavement, then to her new companion.

Finally she turned her head to watch Jaden for a moment, noticing he seemed to be in deep thought as well.

"What are you thinking about?" she asked softly, a smile still remaining on her face slightly.

Jaden looked over to her. "Pain..." he replied.

Shaking his headhe corected himself. "My Parents..." Silence fell for a moment. "You know I have probably spent more time with you than I got to spend with them."
