Here's how this works. Some one asks a question. People guess and the person who asked the question tells who is correct and that person asks a question. Hoperfully you understood that.

It was the sword of Idril at the beginning, after that, the sword passed to Elrond and he gave it to her daughter later.

Gah! Arwen's sword you say? Arwen doesn't even have a sword. Do not let the films fool you, Alessae! Bloody Arwen stole her father's sword Hadhafang and Glorfindel's horse Asfaloth in the films..
