Raoul spun on his heal and looked at his wife. "You don't understand. He is a monster, and she needs a man who can support her, you may think he will. But he is a monster that hides away. And he is very deadly, he may be kind now, but who knows what he would do when she gets him mad!" In the mean time the managers looked at each other and then asked the pair. "Who's she?"

Margaret worked her hand up to grasp the Phantoms. "Its ok now, Erik, I care. Anyway, the only people that care for me besides you are Christine and Raoul, and even then I doubt Raoul's affection for me as his sister."

Christine looked to the managers and sighed. "She is Raoul's sister... Margaret." She then looked back to Raoul, angrily. "You don't even know him." She then stuck her hand on her stomach and stormed out of the room.

The Phantom seemed a little worried for Margaret, but remained quiet. "Everything will be alright now. I'll keep you safe, Margaret." He whispered to her, lovingly. He squeezed her hand, gently.

Raoul just stared after Christine left. Had she forgotten everything from two years ago. Then just as he was about to stomp out Madame Giry came in ((Could you play both Giry's, I will be Caroletta)).

Margaret sighed and wraped her other arm around his waist. "Why is it we love each other even if we just met. I mean she told me all about you, but why do you love me so much?"

Christine walked up to the very top of the opera house. Where she and Raoul first told each other they loved the other. She sighed deeply and looked to the ground.

Madame Giry looked at Raoul then to the managers. "Is there a problem here, gentlemen?" Megan Giry walked in behind her. She was still her quiet, shy self.

The Phantom sighed and looked down to Margaret. "I just feel like I've known you forever..." He looked into her eyes. "Your voice, is that of an angel's."

Raoul banged his fist onto the table. "Yes there is a problem. My sister is with that monster, and Christine doesn't see a problem with it."

Margaret sighed again, it was nice here in the phantoms imbrace. "I want to stay forever, but the others will worry." She sighed. "I think I need to go. But I don't want to."

Christine retraced the footsteps that she made a few years ago. She sighed and ran her hand along the railing on the edge of the building.

Madame Giry listened to Raoul. "Christine has met The Phantom. She knows him better than all of you. I know him, as well. He is a sweet and caring man."

Margaret noticed the phantom seemed upset with the fact that she was going. "I will come down again Erik. I won't abondon you. They just need to know I am fine." She got up, and for the second time she leaned in close and kissed him passiontly on the lips.

The Phantom slowly closed his eyes and kissed her back just as passionately. He then pulled away and looked into her eyes. "I will be waiting." He whispered to her.

Raoul had made his way to the theater once more, he was hoping to find that his sister had returned. To his pleasure, she had.

Margaret walked out onto the stage again. The Phantom had shown her the best routes to his home. With a smile she desended the sages step only too hear an angry shout.

"Margaret!" Raoul shouted. "What do you think you are doing?" Margaret looked at her brother in great suprise, never had he shouted like this before. "Whats wrong Raoul?" She asked as if she didn't know why. "YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG!!!" He screamed. "YOU WERE WITH THAT THING, THAT MONSTER!!!" Margaret looked at her brother with tears in her eyes, and not realising they had an audince (Christine and the Giry's) she said quietly. "Maybe its you that is the monster, Raoul."

Christine covered her mouth with her hand, after Margaret had called Raoul a monster. She said nothing, as did the Giry's.

The Phantom was in his home, listening to his monkey clanging it's symbols. He sighed and held his figurette of Christine and Raoul. He then threw them on the ground and started making a new one. Of Margaret.

Raoul couldn't belive his ears. "WHAT DID YOU CALL ME!!!!" He screamed so loud that soon the managers came in. Margaret was sure that the Phantom might have heard him too. "I said that maybe its you thats the monster, Raoul, if you can't see past the face to the heart." The comment was followed by a loud smack. Raoul stood seething, his hand still out streached. He had back slaped Margaret so hard the her right side on her face was already forming a bruise, and had started bleeding from Raouls wedding ring. After a few seconds of dazed silence, Margaret collapsed onto her knees, holding her face and started to cry. Raouls started to approch her but was intrupted when a figure landed behind Margaret.

Christine gasped at Raoul's actions and her eyes were wide. She wasn't surprised that The Phantom had come to her rescue. The Phantom stood behind Margaret, with an angry glare shot directly to Raoul. "How dare you hit her. You truly are a beast." He hissed at him. He gently picked Margaret up in his arms and ran behind that curtains on the stage. Christine decided to stick up for Margaret. "I cannot believe you, Raoul." She told him, angrily.

Raoul glared at Christine. "You heard what she called me." And for the second time he stomped out.

Margaret continued to cry as the phantom took her away to safety. Soon they stopped, and she was gently but down. Her sobs softened as the phantom moved her hands and gave her cheek his first real look to see what her own brother did. The cut was bleeding, that was for sure, for the blood had been smeared by her hands.

Christine was furious with Raoul, so she decided that she would just ignore him for as long as possible. She noticed that everyone else had gone. She sighed and walked down the isles in the opera room.

The Managers looked at each other. "What we need..." "Is something..." "To get people happy." Smiling they decided. "A mascarade." Andre went and spoke to Madame Giry of the desision.

Margaret looked the the face of the man she loved. "What am I to do Erik?" She asked sadly. "Where can I go? If I stay in your home Raoul might ending up comming down like before. But If I stay up in the rooms when I am not with you, he will make sure I am not out of sight." She then broke down crying, soon she felt arm wraped around her. "Some times I get so scared of Raoul. He is so controlling of me."

Madame Giry listened to the Manager's proposal of a mascarade. She smiled and nodded. "I think that would be a brilliant idea."

The Phantom sighed and looked into her eyes. "I'll protect you. Do not fear." He said, softly. He held her close and kissed the top of her head.
