I also liked the third move most. But ofcourse, maybe its because the technology gets better in each one...
But personally, I like the books better than the movies although the movies are very good.

First movie has always been my favorite. The 3rd movie was good, but the 3rd was always my favorite book and I don't really think the movie did it justice.

MUGGLENET UPDATE:
Joss Whedon on directing Harry Potter In a web chat with Empire Online, the following question was posed to the creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and the upcoming Serentiy movie:
Ihaamond: Joss, what can a Browncoat do to get you directing a Harry Potter movie?
Joss: ihaamond, awesome question, as I was just thinking about this last night. They would have to wait until all the books come out, as I refuse to see any Potter film till I've read them all, because she writes better movies than anybody shoots. When she's done, I'll go back and watch them and wait for the call to direct number seven.
Thanks to Leaky for the tip! Posted by Ciaran on 08/25 | comments [106] | send to friend | submit news
I think that he would do a totally awesome job!

Beriadanwen --- thank you so much for all the muggle.net updates! I'm in love with that opening vocal song on the second GoF trailer with the Beauxbaton carriage flying in.
I haven't seen much of Joss Whedon's work.....so I can't say I have an opinion on him.

I had to bring back this thread!
Mugglenet had posted that the part for Tonks have been selected!
Here's the news:
Quote: 'Order of the Phoenix' casting news Harry Potter Fan Zone has heard from Enchantment Casting, a British casting agency which represents young actors, that the role of Nymphadora Tonks has been filled by an unknown actress. Apparently she was cast right after casting began. Also, casting for the younger versions of Lily, Snape, Lupin, James, and Luna is now complete.
Although EC is usually informed about all parts in the movie, they have not yet heard any news regarding Marietta Edgecombe and Lavender Brown. As a result, we're guessing they've been cut, but we'll let you know if we get confirmation.

Edit:
Quote: Casting updates: Kingsley Shacklebolt and Bellatrix Lestrange Posted by Andy on December 14, 5:40 AM | Submit News | 6 Comments
Following up on our previous scoop regarding Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix casting, we've received word that Kingsley Shacklebolt has been cast. According to our casting source, the actor was cast around the same time as Tonks (in October/November), and unknowns will likely play both. Also, it is likely that Bellatrix Lestrange will be played by a known actress. We'll update you when we hear more. http://www.harrypotterfanzone.com/fusio ... php?id=600Who will play Bellatrix??[/quote]
