Rafe sanders had stowed away on the ship... he was not letting his presence be known. Personaly he was interested in what Devin had for Jack. He just came along for a little adventure.

He couldn't help but find the whole thing slightly amusing.

Jack's eyes shot open and he tried to back up, but he was already against the ship's wall. He wrinkled his nose up, trying desperately to get away from the sharp blade. He didn't speak.

WIth a smirk, Devina sheathed the knife again and sat down in the manner of a lady, both her hands on one knee, as if nothing had happend. "I sometimes wondered why they call you 'Sparrow'... Maybe because you startle so easily, maybe because you fly off from danger. Or maybe because the cat has you in her paws." she flexed her fingers immitating the swipe of a cat.

Rafe walked over to a place where he could watch the sceens and sat down. Being sure not to draw atention to himself he injoyed the fights the two had. But he couldn't help but be eager about what was to come on there journey and hope it would all come soon.

Jack eyed Devina strangely as she tried to imitate a cat. He then shook his head and said, "Ye are very amusin' to me, ye know that aye?" He then felt the ship creek loudly as if the rudder was slowing down.

"Oh...Bloody...." Devina hurried out, then she stuck her head back around the door:"You, stay here. I'm trusting you dont want to be mince-meat and that you'll use your brain to stay quiet while I'm gone. Another reson why I wont lock ya in, okay? BEfore he could answer she swept back out and onto deck.

Rafe looked after her with eagerness... perhaps something exiting would happen. Looking at him no one would geuss he was really just a enthusiastic thrill seeker instead of the rough, mean, and deadly looking man that he could play the roll of.

"What the-! What on earth do you think youre doing! Get back to work! NOW!" she bellowed at three of the 'men' raising her hand meaningfully. Two of the men shrank back from the rudder looking scared, but the third- an ugly man, even without the tentecals growing out of his head- squared his shoulders
"'o gave ye permission the command us about?!" he bellowed back, tentacles waving.
"Davey Jones, God and myself. Anything against it?!"
"Yeah! Everything you star'ed 'as forced us inta worse condidtions!"

Devina aimed her pistol at his head.
"I'm only doing what I think is best." she said quietly."And I'll splatter your brains on this resnably clean deck if you dont get back to work."
"Ye wouldnt dare!" the man snarled at her.
"Oh yes?" she cocked it "try me."
"Its bad luck 'avin' a woman on board. Bad luck they say..." muttered one of the other men.
"Bad luck for you." she turned and shot him in the leg, then resumed staring at the other man.
"Yer a noble woman. Ye dont 'ave-"
Very quickly he had the barrel of the gun in his mouth "One more word of that, and I really will shoot you." she said softly.
The man shuddered and nodded- it had been foolish. He had thought being good friends with Davey would have saved him from his daughter. But it seemed his daughter played by other rules.

Rafe smiled at Devin shooting the man in the leg... it was crule yes... but he couldn't help but show slight amusement.
He turned his head so non of the other crew would see, he didn't want to start anything with them. he was just here for the ride... and the fun.

"Good, then we understand each other."she gave the man a sharp shove and turned away, back to her crew. "I just said : Get. Back. To. Work." She watched while all but one man resumed work "You. Come here!" she callde at the single man.

Meanwhile, Jack slumped his back up against a rotted chair. The more he leaned back into it he realized it was making an aweful creeking sound, and before he could do anything about it, the chair cracked from underneath him and he landed hard on his backside.
