The eagle soars back in and lands beside the wheel, its form shimmering and changing back to that of Rumour's sleek, dark prescence. She whispers something to the man at the wheel, and the ship swings southwest.....

Rafe walked along the boat... It had been a long time since he had been on one of theese things.
He looked over at Rumor as she landed back on the deck and the ship changed chorse. Instinctivly he layed his hand on his sword, the other grasping tight his chain.

Aria saw the eagle land and become Rumour. She looked back at the ocean, and sighed, then walked over towards Rumour. She stopped a little bit away from her.
"What did you see?" she asked.

Rafe herd her answer and walked back up to the front of the ship, sword still in hand. The ship was barely visible from where he stood.
He looked once more down at the water as the ship cut through it. It would be a while before they reached the other ship.

Rafe waited... He had never had much patience, save for his master. He would have waited a week if his master had asked him to.... But he was dead now, and nothing else realy seemed to matter.

Aria sat down on the deck, her legs crossed with her back to the rail. She didn't need to watch, to make her patience wane. She closed her eyes and took up her breathing count. She breathed in time with the waves, and her mind wandered to what was happening to the ship.

He shook his head, throwing the memories away, still to hurt by his master's death to think about them.

Rumour looks at Aria, then Rafe, back to Aria, then back to Rafe. "Huh.... You two are very gloomy shipmates t'have around....." She turns back to the sea and the waves, the sound of the water crashing mixing with the beat of her heat, like a dangerous war drum....
