Jack by then had forgotten that even he himself was cursed until Barbossa brought it up again. He seemed to frown his face at this then tried to hold his composure. "Ah yes, the curse..." His eyes flashed towards the others for a moment but slowly slided back over to look at Hector's yellow eyes, "Ye like bein' cursed Barbossa? Last time,.." He started to laugh, "Last time ye couldn't stand it." He lowered his voice in a faint whisper.

"Ah, but last time I wasn't already dead," Barbossa pointed out. "See, you're mostly alive, makin' ye vulnerable to human necessities such as hunger and thirst. Me, I'm mostly dead. I'm gonna be honest with ye, Jack: this curse is the only thing keepin' me 'alive'. However, bein' mostly dead has its little advantages...Like the fact that I feel nothing."

"Uh ha..that's nice." Jack cut off his last sentence then leaned in towards the cell almost touching the bars with his face, "Now, talkin' about this curse..." His voice fell to a raspy whisper, "Why don't ye go ahead and tell me whose blood we need aye?" He raised an eyebrow and talked to Hector as if he were a small child.

Barbossa pretended to contemplate the offer. "I could..." he said slowly. "But really, it comes down to this: I could withhold the information ye need, stay alive myself, an' watch ye suffer, or I can give up the name, die the second the gold is returned, and end my worst enemy's sufferring...tough choice." He settled down on the floor and tipped his hat over his eyes. "I think I'll pass."

Jack stared at Barbosssa. He shook his head out of frustration and looked towards the crew for a moment, then back and Barbossa, "I'll see to this later...savvy?" He stretched out his frame then turned his back on Barbossa and started walking away.
He started up the stairs towards the deck but hesitated as he looked up in the sky. The moon was in full view....

Blackbird nearly ran into Jack as he stopped at the top of the stairs. "Jack?" she asked hesitantly. "You alright?"

"Then go on or get out of my way," she said roughly. Lowering her voice, she added, "If it makes you feel any better, Will, Devina, and I actually stand out far more than you would, considering we're the only ones not cursed."
Pintel came up behind them. "She's right, Cap'n," he agreed. "It's nothin' new to us seein' someone turn skeletal ev'ry time they hit moonlight."

Jack looked hesitant in his eyes as he looked up at Pintel and Blackbird, although he tried to to show it, most of his facial expressions could be read like a book. "Well, it's bloody new to me.." And with that, he made his way up the stairs and with a twist up his body he somewhat thrusted Pintel aside and made his way into the moonlight, watching his skin turn to rotting tissue before his eyes.

Jack studied himself too, lifting up his arms and hands to get a good stare at them. He wiggled his fingers back and forth hearing them crack and pop in the process. He then titled his head towards Blackbird then said back to her, "I do belive love that this 'ere look would fit ye like a glove." He smirked but his skeletal form didn't have much expression to it.

Ragetti snickered at the comment, though he wasn't exactly sure why he was laughing. " 'S true," he agreed. "Though, o' course, ye don't often see a cursed lady pirate." He continued to laugh until Blackbird's elbow connected sharply with his stomach, causing him to yelp in pain. "Wha' was that for?!"
Blackbird shrugged. "No reason. I just don't like you."
