The pure white loveliness of Fiona's dress took his breath away. Her features enhanced by the flickering dance lights and darting shadows, she bore herself with an elegance that seemed to Remus almost ethereal. Out of the corner of his eye he glimpsed Sirius kissing Dani, and he smiled helplessly as he led Fiona to the dance floor. Feeling strangely and yet not so unpleasantly lightheaded, he tentatively reached for Fiona's hand as the dance swept them away.

(Okay, crazy story. Last night was my school's Valentine's Dance, and I had agreed to meet my friends for dinner before the dance: I was'n't going to go, myself. After dinner we went to Starbuck's and then two of my friends started begging me and my girlfriend to go to the dance. They actually offered to pay our way. Eventually, we gave in; and this time, they actually had slow songs! [They did'n't at the Homecoming dance]
Just for the record, I think that Dani should have Lily's dress and Lily should have Dani's dress. A light blue would complement both Lily's hair and eyes; and red goes with any dark-haired woman.)

Peter had come to the ball, an hour late. He had been scouring the castle for any stray girls; and only after he had found none did he pull on his dress robes back-to-front and leave for the Ball. When there he sought out not the Marauders, but Severus Snape. Putting on his bravest face, which looked very much like a pained grimace, he shouted, "Oy, Snivellus!" Snape looked round and saw Peter. An evil smiled played across his greased lips. He glided over. "What did youcall me, Wormtail?" he asked, filling the last word with contempt. "I called you 'Snivellus', Snivellus!" Peter bellowed back. Strange, really, he thought, that I'm bravest when I'm effectually committing suicide.He continued, "Yeah, Sivellus, you're so greasy, it's a wonder teachers can read your homework, because it must be translucent!" He knew he was recycling exhausted material of Prongs' and Padfoot's, but he did'n't care. Snape was close to the breaking point. "And I hear you're so ugly, your mother used to kiss you goodnight through a paper sack!" It was old, it was lame; but it was enough. "Sectumsempra!" Snape yelled, his wand pointed at Peter's heart.

Artinwe, as much as I like both plots which you've created by now, the Dani one and this, I despise when someone powerplays my character. And especially without my permition. Seriously, there is nothing worse in RP besides maybe godmodding.
You see, as I'm playing James - Peter's friend - I'd most likely post something pretty similar to the thing you have posted while you were powerplaying him. The thing that I REALLY don't like is - you didn't give me chance to do that. If you or anyone else thinks that I don't play James well, then I will resign without many hard feelings.
So, I'm not gonna post anything till we solve this situation.))

[Oh, I didn't read your post that well, Artinwe. I'm sorry but I too don't like it when people do this. There are a lot of references with Lily and James, which aren't your characters. I would be thankful if you could edit that and remove the parts reffering to Lily or James as they are not your charcters! Please don't powerplay my or others charcters without permission! Sorry to be like that, but that is how I feel.

ok now to the subject of Artinwe - i see that this has caused a VERY big thing and well i really want to carry on the RP so shall we just forget about it all and carry on with the rp? and maybe Peter could enter the ball in a different way with maybe a girl or somthing - i dunno it's all up too you but i'm just gonna carry on))

Fiona smiled as she felt Remus' hand in her's, it was soft and yet held her firmly - making her feel safe.
Slowly they melted into the dance, both falling into each others step so easily that it would make them think they had done it a thousand times before.....Fiona turned her head to face Remus, he was watching Danni and Sirius, she turned to face them as well, she smiled - bout time she thought, turning her attention back to Remus.
"They make a great couple don't they?" She said moving closer to him so he could hear her.

Sirius' heart leaped as he led Danni onto the dance floor, he gently placed his hand on her waist and the other holding her hand, slowly and easily they fell in time with each other.
Sirius smiled watching Dani, his eyes never moving.
"You know what, this is probally the best night of my life" he said moving closer to her so that she could hear him....

Sirius grinned as she kissed his cheek, the night just seemed to be getting better by the second...he had probally just come to the ball with the best looking girl in the whole school - wait; he stopped in the middle of the dance floor and stared at Dani not making a movement.....
