James smirked at his sister. "You think I'm handing it over?" He pulled it out of his robe pocket. "It's such a good romance story." His hand flipped it open to a particular page which he marked. "Remus talked to me today. He is sooo smart. I wish he would ask me out. Remus this, remus that. He complimented my hair. blablabla."

Vanessa looked at him threatningly "Please James" she looked at Sirius and then back at james, "I helped you get a date with Lily remember! if it wasn't for me then you wouldnt be going out"

James smiled. He had an identical copy of the diary anyways. That spell came in handy he thought. He held the diary out. "Sure sis. But maybe it was my good looks and charming personality that got a date with Lily." It wasn't necessarily true but he couldn't help but be totally obnoxious to his sister.

"Alright. We've had our fun for the morning." James grabbed his trunk and moved into the compartment. "Hello Lily," he said with a smile as he moved the trunk into the racks along with his owl.

Lily smiled at James, "Hi James, I see you've annoyed Essa again" she said trying not to laugh, it was probally the same story as always, james had probally stolen her diary and she had gone mad, as usual

Vanessa glared at James and sat by the window looking out

James smiled. "Of course not. I was just making sure my little sister got on the train nice and safe." He winked and his smile grew even larger. A faint smell of the bombs had reached his nose.

James shrugged. "Well it saves us from having to sit with those boring people." He watched his little sister. He always took it so personally. He had already known that she had like Moony.

"Yeah James." Margaret said from her seat on Sirius's lap, Her boyfreind had come in shifted himself underneath her and wraped hin arms around her waist and was resting his head on her shoulder. "I think you should too. Look at me and Remus. We hardly ever fight." She nodded her head to her brother who was reading.

Lily was trying hard not to laugh "You hardly ever talk more like" she turned to James and took his hand "Please?"
