Eliza took one look around then to Jack said. "Lets take a walk, savvy." And started heading to the door. "Devina Please make sure Jack sparrow comes with."

"Of course... Any particular way? Bullet in the foot? Cut on the arm?" Grinning wickedly, Devina janked Jack back with all her might.

Blackbird strode after the group stubbornly. "Listen," she said, stepping in front of the group to block their exit. "Normally, I'd just go about my business and let you have him, but the crew seems to like him for some reason. If I lose him, they're not going to be too happy, which is something I'd really rather not have to deal with. So, how about I just order us all a nice round of drinks, and we sit down for an adult conversation, aye?"

Eliza sneered. "Listen girly. Your crew may like him. But mine want some justice, savvy." She said in away that sounded almost like Jack. "I mean they had do deal with him, then get tricked, and after all that he killed their captain, you may know him. Barbossa. thats right. Most of my crew were his, and know we found Jack he will get what he deserves." She stepped forward but the woman was still in the way. "You may want to move, lest I let Devina handle you her way."

Blackbird gave something between a snort and a smirk. She obviously wasn't concerned by the threat. "Justice?" she asked in a mild tone that belied the fury concealed in her dark eyes. "Justice is relative, madam. My father raised me on his own. I never knew my mother or my brother as a child." She stopped to point at Pintel and Ragetti. "When I was ten years old, these men, led by Barbossa, mutinied against Jack. My father, Bootstrap Bill Turner, was killed for being the only one who stood up for what was right. I don't know your history with Jack, nor do I really care. All I know is that it was Jack Sparrow, not Barbossa's crew, that took care of me after that."

"Thats a change for Jack." Eliza sneered. "Raising a child not his own. Especially when he left the woman he supposely loved at the alter, even though he knew she was pregnant with his child, and not once has he returned to see both."

((I'm thinkin I'll let Jack defend himself on this...not too convincing if a 24-year-old does all the arguing for him...*waits for Pip*))

Devina clicked her tounge bored- she wanted action."Shall I..." she made a particular yank with Jack towards the door. Then stopped when she heard Blackbird mention Bootstrap. "Missy, you should be glad he's dead. My father, Davey Jones- complete macho. Hated him, always have. But its thanks to him I'm here now... You saying your father never did anything for you?"

Blackbird's dark eyes blazed to life. "My father," she said tightly, "gave everything for me. When he wasn't sailing with Jack, he worked various jobs to make sure there was bread on the table. He taught me to read...to write...and to fight."

Blackbird flexed the fingers of her right hand, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath to keep herself from lunging at the woman then and there. "I don't have time for this," she muttered, though mostly to herself. "Look, as much as I'd love to prove you wrong, this is not the time nor place to do so. I just want my friend back so we can all go back to our business."
