Jack's body jolted upwards and he clutched the same leg. He grinded his teeth shut and grumbled under his breath as the pain throbbed throughout his body. "B-because.." He tried to straighten himself out, "Because it won't make things easier for...for ye.." He flinched his face as he felt the hot blood spill from the wound.

Chris shpook his head and got up as he loaded his gun, after he loaded it he placed it on Jack`s head.
"The next one will go trough your head and that won`t be a very pleasant thought"

Jack froze. His eyes looked like a child who had just knocked over his mother's vase. He slowly and cautiously lifted up his hands and talked very slowly, "Believe me, Chris.." He swallowed, "I-I carry no impo-important information on me...." His eyes twitched from side to side.

Jack's insides seem to drop. He closed his eyes and tried to talk but all that came out was, "I-she-we...spike-you...teeth...but...we.." He had never been so nervous before in his life.

Minara steps out of the bushes, right behind Chris. "Nice little party, aint it?.... Mind if I join?.... Or am I not invited?...." She manages a pout, for all of about 10 seconds, then grins wickedly. "No matter, I'll just crash it....."

Jack couldn't stand the pistol to his head anymore. If he would be mortal it would be a different story, but he wasn't. So the very thought of his head being splattered all over the ground, and no way to retrieve it, wasn't a pretty picture at all.
His eyes looked half mad as he finally hollared out in a loud exploding voice, "I-It's she! He-her! A v-v-vampire!" He pointed his fingers at Minara and closed his eyes waiting for the bullet to be fired.

Minara smiles. "No... I was actually hoping you'd stop shooting my...ahh...cohort here...... Even though he does tell outrageous lies about people...." She shakes her head sadly at Jack. "Yes, he's a great liar, that one is..... Vampires, my foot... Anyways, since we're both here, an' we both want the same thing, why fight over it?.... Both of us'll get more if we don't fight....

As Chris turned his aim away from Jack's head, Jack took the opportune moment and leapt from his spot in a sudden flash. The campfire's light bounced off his face and his eyes held its reflection. "No no no no...believe me! I tell no bloody lie! She is a vampire!" He pointed another finger towards Minara's face.
