Daaron stared as Cat got into the fight with the strange man. At first he just sat back, but when they started slamming each other with car hoods, he decided it was getting out of hand. Seeing the man pull out his gun, Daaron threw his knife, knocking the gun out of the man's hand, gun and knife sliding across the ground out of reach. Running up, Daaron pulled Cat off the man, then picked him up, keeping himself between the two of them. "Cat, I think it's pretty obvious he was trying to steal your car," he said, not taking his eyes of the stranger. "As for you," he said to the thief, "I would advise leaving before a certain upset someone behind me decides to try and rip out your stomach. She'd do it, too."

Cat laughs wickedly and curls her fingers into a fist. As she uncurls them, she unsheathes her nails, twice as long as they used to be, and each one sharper than a skinning knife. "You really think a gun is gonna scare someone like me?...." Cat's fangs glitter as they slide down even farther as well. "I could show you over twenty bullet scars on me, but we're not that close...." Her smile is laced with cunning and sarcasm as she taps her curved nails together, wanting desperately to gut the man, but only after ripping out his jugular first.....

He pushed the metal out of his gut and stood up, saying "Unfortunately, I need her car." he pulled a street light out of position and prepared to smash them aside with it.

As the street light comes smashing down, she catches it, her inhuman strength easily overpowering the man's as she wrenches the pole away and twirls it, catching the end and pending it to a point. She then hurls the pole like a spear, straight through the man, the force of the blow shoving him back against the stone wall around the lawn, the metal pole having one through the guy and then all the way through the 3 ft. thick stone wall. "I can get you a car, but NO ONE touches my Phoenix..... Why didn't you just ask for a car?.... Sheesh, no one thinks these days!!...."

Her inhuman strength found a match as he lifted her up with the pole and slammed her into the building.

(Ahh, the way you react to that post is by sliding off the pole, taking it out, and slamming her against the building... You can't do something before another action if the first action was already done.... Does that make sense?.... lol)

Cat looks insulted. "Whaddaya mean, 'Is that all I can do?'?!.... O' course not, y'fat omadorm!!!! You wanna car?.... There're plenny of 'em in that shed over there.... Go get one, just don't mess with my car...." Her face is set, and her eyes are cold and hard.....

Cat raises an eyebrow. "Then why didn't you just ask for a ride, instead of ripping the hood off!?!?!!?....." She looks rather exasperated. "Ahh well, get in, I'll fix it later....."

He said "Very well." trying to fix his suit after he got in. Headlights could be seen behind them, and what looked like a old black car was roaring forwards incredably fast.

Cat slams her foot down on the gas and the 'Vette roars off, gaining speed until it reaches over 80 mph. The wind whistles through the hole in the roof, and she reaches over and turns up the headbanging music over the wind. Their speed accelerates as they get on an open stretch, moving up to 120 mph and above.....

The car behind them some how excelerrates faster, so black opens the window and fires at it with his Desert Eagle to slow it down.

Cat presses a small button on the console, and a contoured stick rises out of hidden compartment. With a smirk she rests her hand on it and shoves it forwards. A slick line of oil spurts out behind her car, and jets fire where the exhaust pipes should be. The 'Vette speeds up as the oil is lit on fire, leaving a burning wake that the following vehicle careens into skids along, catching on fire and spinnign out of control.....

the door to the black car opened and a black suited man jumped a ridiculous distance, landing on top of the 'Vette.

Cat snarl in rage and looks over at the guy named 'Black'. "I sure as heck hope you can drive better'n you can fight!!" With that, she leaps through the hole in the roof of the 'Vette, landing in a cat-like position on the roof, facing the stranger.....
