^Yep, that's right.
Tinypic is an image hosting website, meaning you upload your image and you can direcct link it anywhere.
Now, Photoshop, imo, is a better program, but as it is rather hard to use and expensieve, you may want to use PSP, which is good in itself.

Photoshop is the best....PSP second best! PSP is the alternitive for those like me who still living off allowance can't afford a pricey software.

PSP definitly is easier to use. I just got PS and I can do almost nothing so far. It's going to be taking some getting used to. And as they already said, it's alot more to buy PhotoShop.

^ I think it really just depends what you're used to and such like. I found Photoshop easier but I think that was partly because I had already used PSP and so was used to a graphics program and also because I'd found better tutorials for PS. I still think though that Animation Shop that comes with PSP is way easier to use that Image Ready that comes with PS.

^^I totally agree with Elanor. I have used both PSP and PS; since I used PSP first, PS isn't very hard at all to use. But I think if I hadn't used anything before, PS would've been WAY too confusing The main advantages of PS over PSP are that there about a BILLION more brushes for you to use, and there are more tutorials and sites that have stuff just for Photoshop PSP is still a great program though As Elanor said, Animation Shop is easier to use than ImageReady

Personally I prefer PS, but of course, it depends on what you started off with. I downloaded a trial of PSP once and I could figure out very little, yet there are some amazing PSP graphic artists here, so...
PSP is cheaper, if you don't have that much money, go with PSP

I have PSP and it seems to work pretty well. I've only had it a little more than a week so i'm still trying to figure out how everything works...

I had both PS and PSP on my PC at the same time, and I hadn't used either of them before...
But I just gave PSP another go today and it's not bad, I still prefer PS though

I have used both photoshop and PSP and I found that PSP was a lot easier to work with, cheaper, and you can still make amazing graphics!

Adobe Photoshop is definetly better, but more expensive. PSP is good to though, second best. It's not Photoshop is hard to use, it's just that it is different from the way PSP or GIMP would work. But if you don't want to spend too much money on Photoshop; you could try getting it online. www.ebay.com www.download.com and www.amazon.com -places like that. But be careful, there are alot of online scams now a days.
