Jack turned around slowly and stared down at Blackbird with unblinking eyes. He shoved the manuscripts in her arms and leaned in towards her face and said in a calm firm tone, "Are ye so sure of everything?"

Devina rapped her foot on the floor "I hope those are going to get us out of this mess..." she muttered, glaring at the manuscripts.

"Not everything,"" Blackbird replied in an equally calm tone, looking up at him stubbornly. "But some things." She handed the manuscripts back to Jack. "Now, what do we already know?"

Jack took hold of the manuscripts and glanced over him with quick eyes. He then looked back down to Blackbird with a serious face. He leaned into her ear and said this only to her so no one else heard it, "One is missin'..."

Blackbird raised a questioning eyebrow and looked at Jack. "What?" she whispered. She stopped as she suddenly became very aware of Will and Devina staring at them. Turning around, she grabbed Will by the shirt sleeve and began dragging him toward the door. "Out," she said firmly. "You too, Devina."

Jack placed the manuscript in his sash and belt and strolled up along side Blackbird, "She's right, yer too young boy.." With that he pushed Will out the door and shut it dead in his face.

Jack cringed his face, forgetting that Devina was in the room. He shook his head and glanced over at Blackbird then at Devina, "Better get use to it love...I'm just as creepy as them."
