Jack simply dodged the blow and took a step back. His face still held that funny smile on it and he kept laughing at her every move. He laid a hand on his pistol, just in case....

Devina swung the blade again, this time cutting neatly at his shoulder. She scowled at him "So you cant even fight like a man..." her eyes followed the blood spilling from the wound

Jack sneered at her then smiled as he finally unsheathed his sword. With a violent movement of the arm, and his quick footing Jack slashed through Devina's upper leg.

Devina leapt back with a snarl, and swore at him in four differant languedges. She stood there, hand clenching and unclenching around her sword.

Blackbird rolled her eyes and stood up. "Would you two knock it off?" she asked in exasperation. "Devina and Mrs. Cortez have an attack on their ship to deal with, and you and I had better get back before the crew starts wondering what's happened. So, as lovely as this little chat's been, Captain Cortez, I'm afraid Jack and I are going to have to take your leave now."

((Are we going anywhere with this, or are we going to continue the aimless banter? Eliza and Devina kinda have a ship under attack that they should probably see to, and Jack...I dunno. He needs to do something. I can't really post much as long as Blackbird's just standing here, though. She's not a hothead, so she's not going to get in on the action any time soon. Do we even know where we're going?))

((When they get to the ship, it will be in bad shape but ok. Also Jack will be seeing all the remaining crew of Barbossa's. LOL. I will need some people to play some of them. I got Pintel and regetti cause they ar my fav. of that crew.))
