Kida looked him in the eyes. "Bad memories are like poisons. you have to bleed them, tell them get rid off them. Ignor them and it could kill you." She usually didn't talk like this to people she didn't know, but Kida felt a connection, and her gut feeling told her he was a friend.

he looked at her, his eyes hazy, as he said "I've been telling it to go away for a long time......"

Dhyral's eyes didn't change much, since he already had suspected that Tano could control the weather, but when he heard the girl he had helped out of the stream say that it was going to rain, and then it rained, he started getting really nervous. What kind of people had he fallen in with? However, it would be inhospitable of him not to invite them back with him. "Not to be rude, but I really don't want to get drenched while waiting around here, so I'll be going back to my camp. If you want to come along, you're welcome to," he said, gesturing back towards the camp.

Kida looked at Dhyral. "I'd be honored to be welcomed to your home." She tugged on Tano's arm. Come on, lets get out of the rain." The, joking, she said "Unless you want to stop the rain."

Tano said "I would.....but I'm in the right mood for it." the same foggy look in his eyes as he followed.

Kida stared at Tano agian. The poor boy seemed so depressed. She wanted to hug him, and make him feel better, but her better judgment told her not to. At least, not until she knew him better.
"Well, come on then, lets get dry."

he entered the house and found a stool, sitting.

Kamilah's expression remained the same. Hard and full of contemplation but she was polite. "Thank you," she said to Dhyral as he offered them shelter. For once, she wouldn't be sleeping in trees.

Tano leaned on a window then looked outside drearily.

Lol....these are tents that they're in. ^_^ (I'm thinking of this being something of a Nomadic group, so they don't stay too long in one place, hence they have no solid houses...just awesome tents)

The camp had welcomed the visitors, and they were all being treated most courteously by those around them. They were sitting inside the main tent, eating a delicious supper, and waiting for the rain to stop. As one of the hosts, it was Dhryal's duty to serve the guests, but since he only had one free hand, he was exempt from that duty. "Where have you come from, and what do you do?" he asked the others, somewhat confused at the idea of kids between the ages of fifteen and seventeen running around the land.

Tano shook out of his stupor and said"I am Tano, and I just wander about the land...."

Yes, they have tents, they are nomatic and such.

Kida glanced around as the scene began to look familiar. This was the current location of her group. Why hadn't dhe seen this boy before? "Dhryal,I did not know you werw a member of Tonter too" She said in a hushes whisper. To anybody else, this nomadic goup may look like an uncommanly large bunch of wanderers, and that was the way it was supposed to be. Sure, the Alterans and the Tonters left them alone, but there were other groups that would like to see them all dead. Kida couldn't take the chance that one of the kids she had met up with was from that group.

Tano found the nomads at contrast with his former monastic life and began to watch with fascination as he was distracted from his sorrows.
