Jack nodded his head towards Val then hollared to the crew, "Weigh in the anchor!" He then finally disappeared into his tavern to clean himself up.

Jack found his way out of the tavern and came up above deck again. The island was definitely closer to the eye this time. He stood there, half in amazement, half in wonder at the island.

Vari was still absolutely confused by what Devina had just done.
Then again, Devina may like Jack--Vari didn't know for sure. Her friend could be lying, after all, it was possible.

Jack noticed the strange expression on Vari's face which she probably didn't know she was pulling. He cocked his neck and strolled on up to her, "Is there a problem miss Vari?" He raised an eyebrow and examined her body language.

Devina stormed into her cabin and slammed the oor with a deafening crash. Quickly the pirate loocked it and slammed her fist into it- just for good measure. She flopped down into her hammoc, making it swing unstably halfway across the tiny room.

Vari looked up at Jack, and pulled him close in a kiss. She was so mad at Devina right now, that it was an involuntary reaction.
