Rogue kinda needs to be alone in the movies. Adds to her isolation as a character.
At least till X4 when they cast Josh Holloway as Gambit

Well..nothings been confirmed either way. But if it's a success...why not make another? With the X-Men you have decades worth of material that can be used.

Aaron Stamford has another 1 movie option left in his contract as well.
The contracts are just an open option for possible sequels. Ray Park, Tyler Mane, Alan Cumming and I think Kelly Hu all signed on for sequel options.

^One of you guys said that Josh Holloway (Sawyer:LOSt) was going to be Gambit if they made an X4? That's cool, but weird because Maggie Grace, who was formerly Shannon on LOST, also tried out for a part, but I don't think she got it.
-The only thing I don't get is, how could Kelly Hu return? Didn't she die in Xmen2? I thought she got pumped with that idestructable metal by Wolverine?
(Kelly Hu was also a main character in the movie Underclassmen with Shawn Ashmore.) *just mentioning*

Maggie Grace never tried out for a part. It was a rumour that spiralled out of control. The rumour was she was up for the role of Shadowcat. But it turned out to be false. Neither she, the people behind Lost or her Agent knew where it even came from.
Not sure when the Wolverine movie will be out. Quite likely that once Hugh finishes on his latest film, he'll hed straight into filming it. So maybe 2007/2008 depending.
Josh Holloway...lol I think all our excitement spiralled that out of control as well. He was offered the role, but turned it down to concentrate on Lost. We want him to be Gambit and would love him to take the role if there's an X4.

One of my favorite Shawn Ashmore scenes was in X-Men 2, when Logan was slaughtering troopers in the kitchen. Bobby was cowering behind the counter and when Logan asked him if he was ok, Bobby nodded and he looked so innocent and adorable ^_^
