"NO!" shouted Monica. "Even if he gets out, he'll kill you for using his only shot! Oh, wait..." Did it ever occur to her that they could buy him replacement bullets? "Just give ME the gun!" she said. Her father had been in the Army, and taught her how to use a gun that summer.

Monica looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "Troy, just let ME do it. I'm trained to handle a gun, and I've hit moving targets with a pistol. Dad taught me." She'd hope he'd remember about her dad, after all, they'd been friends since age ten.

Monica grabbed the pistol, took careful aim, and shot. She looked up, and let out a sigh of relief. She had hit the black thing, not Jack.

"You idiots!" Alexis growled as she got to Zoro and Sanji. She swam, evading the bullets from the pirates on the Black Pearl, she saw Erin and Troy arguing about a gun. "Just shot the thing already if you plan to!" she hissed at them.

Monica's aim did indeed hit the creature that was underwater. But when the bullet did find it's way to it, the water splashed and the 'thing' seemed to suck itself downwards deeper into the ocean, bringing Jack along with it.

Monica cursed out loud. She pulled off the dress - for she had been smart enough to keep her shorts and t-shirt on under, and handed it to Troy. "I'm going after him," she said, stretching out her arms and neck like a diver.

Erin glared at Monica and Troy.
"I hope you understand this could mess up the whole thing, the wholse story line of this film, i mean being here jeopodises it! we could be ruining our future for all we know!" she cried in experastion, but she knew Monica and Troy were ignoring her, they were worrying about Jack, and in way they had a right too; Erin sighed in frustration, she quickly stuffed Jack's things into a barrel, wrapping his empty shot gun into the jacket, she then kicked off her shoes and dived into the water after Monica.

A loud disturbance in the water came a few moments after Monica had jumped in. The dark thing started to creep up towards her. Finally from behind her head was the sound of a loud gasp. Jack's head burst through the surface, but only to be violently tugged back down bringing to the water a loud splash.
