Well, too bad Snape is evil. Too bad if he wasn't, he never would have made the Unbreakable Vow in the first place.

Yeah, it totally threw me for a loop, I'm just not the Harry Potter fan I was because of that wretched book...

I din't see anything wrong with it, I tink it helped. All the others were so unrealistic with the Harry always winning that it was like some very cheesy fairy tale. I rekon it needed to be a little darker.

It was definately different. I'm not really sure why, though. After I read it, it in a way reminded me of book 4 ... I don't know why. I guess it was because, my favourite part of GOF, is at the end ... with Voldemort's resurrection ... and it's just so dark and (I hate to say it) scary. Okay, "scary" isn't a good word, but you get my point. And in book 5, for me at least, everything was going wrong and it just put you down ... and by the time you reach book 6, you have no idea WHAT to expect. And so, yeah. Did that make ANY sense? I mean, book 6 is a dark book, if you think about it. But the thing that irritated me in this book was Dumbledore. For some reason, I just hated JKR's version of Dumbledore in this book. Okay...I'm gonna shut up before I confuse myself anymore...this is NOT making any sense....dang theory class!

Montana --- it was different because the bad guys outsmarted the good guys. That's why it's different and that's why we love it. :D

I adore this book and I didn't see anything wrong with it. JK Rowling didn't really change how she wrote, or what she wrote. It was the perspective she changed. She simply took the angle with the sense of Goblet of Fire. Did that make sense? It didn't make sense to me....

Anyways, if you declare Snape down right evil without reading over the debates and all the details and went over every consideration then...well, that's you. you think Snape is evil, so therefore, you think Snape is evil. We don't know for sure as of yet.

Heh, *grins shamefaced* I know you're talking to me Kitoky. And, for the record, I have read all the arguments, it just dones't change how I feel. Snape has already dug himself into a hole, this is his last strike, he has to lay in the bed he's made, etc etc etc. He'll never again be good, he can't be. He killed probably the greatest wizard of all time in cold blood. You can't exactly erase that.

Yeah! Totally makes sense, because that's kind of what I was trying to say, very inarticulatley. The way it was written was very reminiscent of GOF.

The jury's still out (at least for me) whether or not Snape is evil. I still think he's doing it for his own gain...wanting whatever the heck Voldemort wants...but you can read about that in my...interesting posts. Ha ha ha...and I'm still tossing around the idea that he's really Harry's father. Ha ha ha....*cough*  :) ;)

Nah, I recon that Snape isn't truly bad, just misunderstood and a teeny bit upset. He'll proabaly join Harry or something in the next book. I reckon this will happen cos some one (dumbledore I think) says that "Voldemorts power lies in his followers". Soooooo, if they all turn against him, it will be a fitting end for Voldemort.

Hehehe, not only would that be soap opera, that would pull a Paolini, and that would NOT be cool.
