"Soulreaper, if you harm any of them..." Yrudit began as they moved down a deserted alley, pitching his voice so that only the two of them could hear.
The Soulreaper flicked Yrudit a wry glance. "A decade is not so long by our reckonings, but must you be so suspicious? I thought you said they weren't your friends."
"They are innocent!"
The entity stopped at a sheer stone wall and shrugged his black-cloaked shoulders. They had come to the edge of the city. He began feeling along the walls.

Narion watched the thing/person called the "SoulReaper". She followed cautiously and rubbed the long spike/sword thing on her glove.

Henri eyed the entity, "Soulreaper". His name doesn't sound to pleasant to Henri, so he tightened his grip on his sword as he followed.

The black-cloaked entity drew back a stone and stepped aside. At the bottom of the wall, a tunnel wound down into perpetual darkness.
"Be my guest." Cackling softly, he indicated the tunnel with a flourish.
Yrudit scowled and glanced back at the others. "I am sorry," was all he offered before he vanished into the down the shadowy steps.

Narion follows the others down the stairs, seeing a fat spider on the wall she picks it up and puts it on the back of her hand rubbing it a little bit as she follows the others.

Mirima let her sharp eyes adjust to the inky blackness, her footfalls joining in the chorus of echoes all around them. A musty smell wafted up from below, and a sudden, painful memory nearly stopped her in her tracks. She could smell mould, and rats, and...Mirima shuddered and kicked herself for not thinking more clearly about this rash decision.
