Bio: Was abandoned by mother at the age of 4 months, Nightcrawler never knew she existed until recently. She was raised by an assasian who discovered the young Evangeline bundled in rags in a dumpster in Clinton and was taught how to defend herself. At the age of 12, Evangeline discovered Xavier's 'school of the gifted' in New York and decided to become one of the many mutants who lived there.

Evangeline strolled into the room as she heared voices and laughter, grinned at the others and for some strange reason started to gnaw on her unique tail.
"I think I got fleas...", she embarrasly admitted while scratching her indigo fur rapidly, "If my nails weren't so darn poisionous, I'd be able to actually poke the irritating creatures without harming myself!"

Leygh chuckled softly at Evangeline and then looked at the others. She sighed as a few of the younger students came in. "Ooh, look, it's the Jynx." one of them said.

"Shh!" the only girl said. "You don't want her to jinx you!"

The kids laughed, and Leygh clenched her teeth, not giving them a reply.

Evangeline gave the younger students a cold stare as they tried to mock Leygh, her tail flicking rapidly.

The kids looked disappointed when she didn't react. The oldest boy said, "Hey Jynx! Your bad luck is starting up again..What's going to happen today? IF we're lucky, maybe you'll get killed."

That set Leygh off and she whirled around to face the fourteen year old. "Say that again and you'll be afraid of the dark for the rest of your life."

Karen looked up as some more kids came in. "Hey, hey, hey," she said, walking up next to Leygh. "Knock it off, guys. Come on, Leygh," she led her to the kitchen.
