The last day you can submit your picture is March 31. (You can take pics from your DVD? Awesome! How do you do it? What programs do you use? Sorry, there's this one scene I've been dying to make a banner out of.)

I would like to be a judge. Could someone please explain how to judge, I've never done it before. How different is it from simply voting?
