Tania felt a pang of guilt. She hated lying to people.
"Not lying" she assured herself

"Liz...can we talk? There's something I think you ought to know" Tania said, swallowing the lump in her throat.

Tania and Liz walked outside into the Mansion grounds.
Tania stopped at one of the benches, and gestured to sit.
"Oh man...now I have you here. I'm at a loss of what to say. But you deserve to know the truth..the truth about me."

She looked at Liz, trying to gauge her reaction. She sensed through her empathy that Liz was open and willing to listen to her.

"It's about Sabretooth...Victor Creed. He...he's my father"
Tania spoke quietly and hung her head.

Liz looked at Tania...Sabertooth was her father?! She didn't really know what to say.

She took Tanias hand and said "I know what you think Tania...No one will hate you because of this."

"They don't need too. I think I have enough guilt and a little hate to make up for that" Tania said sighing.

"Of everyone, you were the one I was most worried that would hate me. Thing is...I feel changed, different. More feral than ever before. I think I'll have to check myself back into the infirmary and let Hank prod at me some more" she half smiled

Tania looked at Liz confused.
"I don't understand. Why would I hate you? I have no reason to hate you Liz..don't ever think like that."

Tania looked at her friend.
"Liz...we all do sometimes. But you, Logan and me especially feel it more. It's the feral part of our nature and our mutant abilities. We just have to learn to control it. Keep it in check, y'know?"

Tania put a loving arm over Liz' shoulder.
"We can get through this together. Just...if you ever feel like you're losing control. Come get me, I'll let you in on one of me n Logan's Danger Room programmes for when we really need to cut loose"

"As much as I would love you to beat him to a bloody pulp. I can't let you do that." Tania looked at Liz with a sly smile.
"I'll tell you what you can do though...you can program his likeness into the Danger Room computer and do it that way. You don't get into trouble and you can let loose, and on the target you want. I shouldn't be condoning that though" Tania finished with a laugh.

She smiled to herself. It was the first real laugh she'd let go in a while. It was a total release.

Liz laughed a little and said "Yeah, I guess you're right.But I have to talk to them still...But I have to calm down first." and smiled

"On one condition" Tania began
"I have to come with you. I don't want you alone with either of them."
she gave Liz a serious look.

"Okay...If you promise not to tell anyone what we say?"
