Here is a roleplaying thread... about the Marvel Universe

Rules:

1. You are allowed up to 2 OCs & 2 Marvel Superhero/Villains.
2. Must be about the Marvel Universe! No DC characters or your own characters based on the DC universe.
3. Try to be slightly less dramatic then melo-dramatic standards
4. Don't control other characters. Just pay attention to your own character(s) unless given permission to do so by that character's roleplayer.
5. Please be mature!
6. The characters are more movie-versed then comic-versed but you can add details and such from the comic if you want to.
7. Don't be too descriptive with fighting and such. Especially if your character is pushing up dasies
8. If you are going to have 2 already-existing superheros, please don't take two main superheros (ie. Spiderman & Hulk), you can have one main superhero and a less-popular superhero (ie. Spiderman & Dagger).

Plotline:
Within New York, there have been many teams & gangs made of mutants, both good and evil. The ones aimed at the good, pure side of life are battling against the evil-doers and saving innocents. The pure evil, malevolent mutants are causing havoc, chaos and destruction, bent on twisted hope that this can get them what they want. Now the two sides must face each other, forced to battle each other to claim their own rights. But there is another side who just want peace but fairness for themselves. Who will win? Only time will tell...

Bio: Was abandonned when she was just a 1-month old baby by her mother and was raised in Japan, learning martial arts by skilled japenese warriors. At the age of 15, she left, power-hungry and driven to the dark side. She travelled to Clinton to search for Daredevil - her father, and to show him her 'gratitude' by forcing him to fight her. But that day never came as she never found him. She ended up becoming a citizen of New York and joined sides with the sinister, malevolent mutants which were planning to battle the innocent, pure mutants.

I have not ever read a comic book in my life since there are none coming to Turkey. However, I know Punisher. If he is from marvel or whatever you say. If this is okay, I will join.

Dark phoenix? Sure!
But seeing as X3 ain't out yet, I suggest sticking to the comic-version

EDIT: Oh, and seeing as Dark phoenix is all-powerful, try to not be too powerful just to be fair

Seriously I am not really a comic book fan, I think the movies arent the greatest, but they are still good... well I am joining since this just seems so fun (I have no idea, if this power thingy is ever made up in marvels but I´ll give it a shot)

Power: Has an incredible hearing and can make a sort of scream that damages others hearing.
Parents: David & Anna Jefferson
Personality: Very silent and is not very social except when he is needed to open his mouth in his job as a cop, but lately he has been involved in being a corrupted cop letting criminals out as his employer wants and messing up jobs on purpose.
Bio: Was born into a normal family until he began hearing things very clearly in the house, school and everywhere. He could hear every word in the other end of the house, but that just revealed some horrible truths about his father whom was a racists.

Ed decided to keep this all to himself until his father later on realised what his son was, he threw Ed out of the house and threatened to kill him, but his mother interfered so his father killed his moher in the proccess. Eddie then ran away as fast as he could not going to return home ever and found himself alone on the streets, but the police caught him and took him to the station. Later on his father was sentenced for murder and Ed moved to a foster family where his foster father was a police officer hence where his inspiration at first to become a cop, but after few years Eddie realised that the cops job wasn`t as glorious as he thought and became very silent. He has used his talents rarely and when no one could regonize him.

Eddie pulled on his long coat and walked out of the police station without saying a word, but giving a small nod to the officer in sift that had replaced him. It was quiet there, for everyone else, but him as he was on the steps he could hear the sounds of the city around him and almost say what they were about. He tookout a cigarette and light it, he blew some smoke into the air before walking down the steps and beginning to walk the street back home.
