Jadis was doing her daily check of the lampost. No Son of Adam or Daughter of Eve was invading her kingdom and taking over, no way! They had ruined her takeover at the Beginning of Narnia and it wsn't going to happen again. NOthing was there, so she ordered the dwarf to tunr around. And thats when she saw it. Footprints. They had nearly been hidden by the fallen snow, but she could still easily tell they were human foot prints (because what centaur has "Bobs quality shoe making" on its hoof?). "Follow those prints!" she roared at the dwarf, and the reideeer sped into a swift canter, in the directioon of the footprints.

After collecting a cache of rabbits, Circe galloped back to Aslan's encampment which was not nearly as snowy as the rest of Narnia. She deposited the food in the storehouse. The centaur returned to her tent and started writing her report.

None of the witch's forces spotted. Our intelligence has sent reports that the minotaur army has moved from the castle and is headed toward Cair Paravel.

She put down her quill and sealed the message. She filled a satchel with other sealed pieces of parchment. Circe walked to Aslan's tent and respectfully bowed. "The reports from the scouts and spies, milord." She held the leather bag out to him.
