Sirius rolled out of his bed and slowly made his way down to the great hall, he spotted Danni and the girls sat talking and smiled, she looked beautiful - as always.
He sat down next to her and kissed her on the cheek.
"Morning" he said picking up a slice of toast.

"Morning," said Dani after Sirius kissed her cheek. "Sleep well?" she asked, jokingly polite. "Er....wasn't it Charms?" she asked Lily. "We got off track talking about Memory Charms and somehow ended up at Pensieves, and he liked the topic and assigned an essay? Is that what you're talking about?"

[EDIT: Hey, guys. Would you hold this thread for a little while? Something really sad has just happened in my life, and I have to be around my friends and focus on other things for a couple of days. James yawned and ruffled his hair just as he walked into the great hall. It was his favorite day of the week and the day was just great. It was nice and sunny, just perfect for another quidditch practice. He stopped by the each team member and notified them. Of course, all of them replied with a groan. Finally he stopped behind Lily.
"Good morning everyone." he said almost too cheerfully "Nice morning, isn't it?"

Fiona grinned as she poured herself a glass of fresh orange juice, she waved at James and Sirius as they sat down.
"Morning sleepyheads!" she said before taking a sip of her orange.
"So who's going to Hogsmeade this morning?" she asked as she slowly flicked through the morning paper.

Remind myself never to walk into the Hogwarts courtyard alone.

The tip of the wand shoved itself in Remus Lupin's face. He took an involuntary step backwards and flashed a wry smile.

"Got something against me, Lucius?"

Lucius Malfoy moved closer, spite plain on his face. He traced Remus's jawline with his wand. "I've got something against all of you." The words managed to sound like a sibilant death sentence. "Everyone else is at breakfast. No one will save you now."

"Did Narcissa ditch you again?" Remus implored in mock terror. His voice was steady despite his hammering heart. He stole a glance at his wand lying twenty feet away.

Malfoy's face went livid. "I'll show you! Your friends, Potter and Black, think they're wonderful. Strutting around the school, hanging Severus up by his trousers..."

"So your Snivellus's bodyguard now?"

"Silence!" Malfoy roared. The wand tip inched ever closer to Remus's forhead.

Sirius sighed and grabbed a piece of toast and stood up again....
"Listen guys i said to Hagrid i'd go and help him with somthing this morning, i'll meet you all in Hogsmeade later?" he said, he then kissed Dani on the top of the head and walked out of the Great Hall and into the entrance hall, down the steps and into the courtyard where he spotted Luicious Malfoy cornering Remus.
Sirius smiled and ate the last of the toast, he pulled out his wand and pointed it at Malfoys back.
"Engorgio" Sirius muttered and watched in satisfaction as Malfoy's head began to inflate; Lucious whirled round and faced Sirius, who smiled as Lucious' head became too big to carry on his body, he toppled over face first landing in the fountain.
"Serves you right for picking on my mates" Sirius barked through uncontrollable laughter as Malfoy tried to get out of the fountain.

Dani raised an eyebrow at the other girls, but waited until Sirius had left before making her way out into the corridor, as well. She trailed him from behind, walking with crossed arms, but stopped when she saw him cursing Malfoy. She kept her arms crossed, leaned her shoulder against the wall, and crossed one of her legs as she watched him with a raised eyebrow, not making a sound.

Remus winced and brushed his robes off. At the sight of Malfoy, he chuckled. "Nice one, Padfoot."

"What DO you think you're doing?"

Remus whirled around in time to see a harried Professor McGonagall hurrying across the courtyard. This should be good.

"Mr. Black! What do you think you're - Dear heavens!"

If looks could kill, Sirius would have been dead then and there.

Sirius chucked at Remus for a moment.
"Listen mate i have to go to Hagrids i'll see you later" he said grinning, casting one last glance at the struggling Malfoy, he was about to walk off when he heared a famillier voice yelling at him, he slowly turned round only to come face to face with a very angry looking Mcgonagal, Sirius gulped.
"Mr. Black! What do you think you're - Dear heavens!" She asked in a flabberghastes voice, quickly Sirius feingned innocence.
"Me, what are you talking about, i've only just come out here to find Mr. Lucious like this, Remus was with me the whole time he can tell you himself" he said quickly, well a little too quickly in a very unconvincing tone, Sirius realised this and grinned cheesily only to make the situation worse!

"Thanks for saving me. Good luck, mate," Remus said, clapping Sirius on the shoulder and turning to leave.

"Mr. Lupin! You are a prefect!"

He slowly turned back around. He cleared his throat. He had never been a glib liar.
