This is Galadriel's poem... its supposed to be funny:
I start to smell the change in the air,
Middle-earth can go to hell for all I care
For men are smelly and women are jealous,
Whilst Elves are wise, clean and pleasant,
Men moan and only live to sleep,
Women seem to have smelly feet,
But elves are content and do not smell,
We wear comfy shoes that don’t make our feet swell.
Why is it that men always sweat?
Its so disgusting, how could I ever forget?
Their greasy hair makes me heave,
I’m so glad I’m about to leave,
Leave this foolish world behind,
That land over the sea I will shortly find.
But that hobbit Frodo, he is so polite,
He is so gentle, so lovely, hansom and bright,
If I were a hobbit I would definitely marry him,
But I went and married Celeborn, wish he’d go to the gym,
I also am quite fond of that prince Legolas,
Look as he struts that beautiful a**.
It has been so long since I had a fling,
I know Elrond’s family, but his a hansom little thing,
I like how his hair has slowly receded at the front,
But how dare he think his clever than all, the cheeky c***.
I am a ring bearer, and I am alone,
Celeborn’s hair is now bugging me, too long it has grown....
