Here goes...

This is an RPG set in the world(s) of my series Realms of the Last Age. Basic information:
There is no "good" or "evil," but there is Dark and Light representing the conflict of night and day. It is the will of the One that they be constantly at war. The worlds are connected by dimensional rifts that shift constantly.
The Age of Blood refers to the legendary Third War, which lasted nearly fifty thousand years and was the bloodiest war in history. All the races are involved. The most powerful are the goblins and unicorns (sounds stupid, but it's not what you think).

Races you might want to know about:
Goblin - Live on world Ornium. Human-sized and look human but with slightly pointed ears. They are masters of swordplay, magecraft, and archery. The Goblin Empire (also known as the Dark Ascendancy) is the most puissant of Dark.
Unicorn - Live on world Aina. Beautiful beyond belief with tufted beard and cloven hooves. Their horns are sharpened to deadly perfection. Peaceful by nature, war has shaped them into a more than formidable empire. The Light Ascendancy is the counterpart of the goblins and the most puissant of Light.
Elf - Live on world Dareka. Fairer and more slender than goblins. They make the best mages and rangers of all the races. They are of Light, and are suffering heavy casualties from the war.

If there is any other race you want to know about, ask and I'll be happy to elaborate. In this RPG you can be any race from fantasy.

Setting - Will take place in Ornium (I suggest you be a goblin or a traitor elf to make things simpler). The unicorn wizardess Eirea-Lyr Dreamheart is using the Enhaeacah (in Rune literally meaning the Light Stone) to defeat the Dark forces. Its counterpart is the Enhirumnthor (Dark Will in Rune) is hidden beneath the Azduran Sea, in the Temple of Flame. A band of heroes set out to find the Enhirumnthor and turn the tide of the war.... *dramatic music*

Profession: Royal Guard (protects royalty, emissarys and carries out various tasks if needed)

Family: Son of Maleh the chief of the guards in the palace

Appearance: Black long hair that is tailed usually, he has few snake like facial figures besides that he has the tail of a snake, he wears usually a sturdy chainmail armour, some light armour parts to cover his hands and a spear as a main weapon. As a second weapon he has a scimitar hanging on his back.

Can i be an Elf??

Name: Nienna.
Gender: Female.
Race:Elf.
Age: 6,000 but appears 19.
Proffesion: Servant to the elven army.
Family: All dead. All cut down by the goblin army, Nienna seeks revenge, and joins the elven army.

Appearance: Long wavy brown hair down to the shoulders.
Icy blue eyes. Soft beautifull features.
Wears soft silk clothing with tough leather armour over the top.
A Jet black cloak covers her body and head.

Weapons: Elven longsword hanging from belt in scabbard.
Mystic bow, with unbeleiveable power.
Silver green quivern of arrows with light silver arrows.
Mystic dagger, also with unbeleivable power.

Extra info: Mystic weapony is a legend in this world. Nienna, being one of the greatest bow-women alive, was given the mystic bow.
Amazing and unlike any other.

"All of them are dead."

Ryairon grimaced under the cowl of her cloak. She cast an involuntary glance back at the once green field. It was green no longer. Tainted crimson by the blood of thousands.

"At least twenty thousand strong," the guard continued relentlessly. He leaned against the gate of Cerlian. The military bastion, once a prosperous trade city, towered high in the midst of the battlefield. Its battered walls and crumbled guard towers gleamed with uncanny fire in the vermilion sunset. "The siege ended three days ago. It was a hard fight. The unicorns led by Crynir-Tyre Moonblade came like hell fiends. Twenty thousand strong. Wouldn't give up. We were outnumbered five to one. But these walls - " he patted the stone affectionately " - these were built in the Second Age. They can withstand the gods themselves. But it cost us much."

He gestured at the charred city. It would take years to rebuild. And even if it took a millenium, the shadows of fire and destruction would never recede.

Ryairon glanced back again at the unicorn bodies lying neglected on the field. They went on into the horizon, their silver armor and horns of pale moonlight still shining defiantly in the twilight.

"Where are you from?"

She was jolted back with a start. "Varigrand," she said imperiously, hoping he wouldn't recognize his future queen. She had come alone from Ornium's capital, bearing an ancient tome hidden in her cloak.

"You've come far," commented the guard. "Our inns are gone. If you're seeking shelter for the night, I can't guarantee anything. We have less than a hundred defenders left. Everyone else is dead."

Ryairon nodded her thanks. Without another word she entered the wartorn city.
