Erm, I recommend that you just try and save the image and upload it.

Go to profile. Scroll down till you see a thing that says
Upload from computer: (something like that) and click browse, open the image you saved like you were opening a document in word. Click open then submit.

Eldarwen, she wants a banner --- that only works for avatar.
You might want to try to use an image hosting website, like photobucket or imageshack ---- sometimes tinypic doesn't work for image hosting especially in signatures.
