Minara rolls her eyes. "Not so fast, daft one.... Before I take you anywhere near that treasure, you're gonna give me what I want...." Quicker than lightning and truer than fact, she sinks her fangs deep into the side of Jack's neck, immobilizing him completely while she drinks her fill....

Jack didn't have time to react all he managed to get out was a short, loud yell of pain that echoed through the jungle. His skin immediately started to turn pale as Minara sucked slowly to his neck. He wanted to move but somehow he couldn't, his face was frozen in a shocked position.

Jack stood there looking off into another dimension. His skin had grown paler than usual and his eyes were fixed on something afar. He looked like a zombie and he didn't speak.

Jack blinked his eyes and they shot wide open as they met Minara. His eyebrows curved down into a worried expression and before any one could say Davey Jones, Jack had knocked down the man who had been standing behind him and he took off yelling and running at full speed in the opposite direction Minara was in. His arms waved around as he kicked up his feet hoping not to fall into yet another trap, "DEVINA! CHRIS! HELP!"

Minara disappears, reappearing in front of Jack, catching him by the shoulders in a vice-like grip. "Calm down!!! I didn't hurt you, did I?...." Her eyes look almost concerned, since no one's ever run from her like that before....

Jack looked as if he had seen a ghost, even though he himself was mostly like one in his current state of being. He jumped backwards away from her and pointed his pistol at her face. The pistol shook this way and that from his unsteady hand, "Halt ye bloody devil! I 'ave a pistol aimed!"

Minara's lips twitch, but she struggles to not smile. "Jack..." But the smile enters her voice anyway. "A pistol's not gonna do y'much good.... Why don't you just calm down, seein' as I didn't change anything in your body, even though you think I did...." Now Minara really did smile, at the thought of an undead pirate holding a pistol at the vampire who just bit him....
