(k, well I never expected you to be on Patao, but that is actually fine for I have a small plan how we can make the plot more interesting. You can actually now post about the following events...)

Avers attention was suddenly turned away as a guard run into the room breathing heavily.

"Sir! They have arrived?"

"Who have arrived?" Aver asked with an annoyed voice.

"The messengers! the few who were sent to the mainland have come back with refugees, soldiers, supplies and at least 7 capable ships that had survived the war!"

Aver smiled widely and clapped his hands, he looked at the prisoners.

"We will continue this conversation later..."

He left the room and slammed the door shut, he put few spells on the door to stop their escape, if they tried anything and luckily they couldn`t access the other room since Aver had putten even stronger spells on them. Aver ran out with the guard, they headed for a huge group of people standing quietly watching as 7 ships had been anchored to the shore. The messengers made bows to Lord arigof as he arrived to see the event, Aver grinned wondering what sort of picture Arigof would give to the newcomers. Aver himself walked down to the beach to greet the newcomers.

Aver looked at the ships quietly judging, they surely were from the successor wars and could serve for now until proper shipyards could be built that a grand navy could be built to protect or those were his plans. The successor symbols were destroyed and had no one for now, but Pataos`s now symbol would replace it soon enough.

Aldenth stood on the wall above the main gate to his fortress and watched as a group of horsemen rode up the vale. his eyes narrowed as he caught sight of the banner they were carrying. The blood red of Vorusul Umbur. So, the tyrant knew he was here. And he had sent emmisaries to treat with him, or at least to find out his position.
As they came closer he turned to his second-in-command "Get a full compliment guard ready. And have a standard bearer as well. I do not want to speak to Umbur's men inside my fortress. They will leave here knowing as little as possible". The man on his right nodded and went down the steps, heading to the guard barracks.

I`ve marked the influence areas, nothing clamorous just quick colours... if they don`t please you then talk to me and I might edit em... as you notice there are more areas coloured as there are of us. Why? I want other factors in it and I am actually making a second char to increase the level of this rp that we can have more action and we don`t have to jump over years perhaps... I will put the kingdoms or areas with their own colour and after that I`ll put the rper that represents em ok? those who have none after them are free...

Family: His father that leads the kingdom of his clan and hopes that his son could rule once the land without the gnolls bothering them...

Appearance: A white beard and short hair, few battle scars for he is yet very unexperienced all tough has seen battle.

Equipment: A two one handed axes, a full body platemail armour and a helmet with spikes on it to cause some damage with a headbutt.

Personality: Eager for battle and merciless, he enjoys cracking gnoll skulls more than anything and then likes to make fun of his foes afterwards or just right in front of them. He is very stubborn and isn`t afraid to speak when needed, but isn`t stupid at all.

History:

He has served his father all his life and hasn`t seen too many years of combat all tough the gnolls have been their enemies for a long time since the outbroke of the successor wars. The successors never saw necessary to fight the gnolls or duegars so they were left alone so at first they lived in peace, but the gnolls took a sudden attack driving the duegars out of the flatlands to the mountains. The gnolls claimed the lands as Morethal was young or they never got the mountains truly for the Duegars lived within them.

The Gnolls once made an attack towards the Duegars gates as Morethal was able to fight and it was the first time he ever fought, the battle turned out disasterous for the gnolls, but they returned to the valleys as the duegars dwelled within the mountains. These days Morethal leads patrols and ambushes against the gnolls as the gnolls try to do the same to the dwarves without greater battles or conflicts yet the duegars have been planning to take back what was once their at a price whatever yet more than their would be even nicer now wouldn`t it?

Cool! I've had an idea (please feel free to say no) how about Floria's partner, Leon, could be the ruler of Xia. Xia could have a tribal rebelion (men) in the far end (the bit that looks like it's pointing at the sea) who are unhappy about the small strech of land that they have. Or something along those lines.) or

I just made an update of our current situation... now I wish that frostlord & LDM could do their few posts that we can jump some years over, you angel can post again since I did and now i`ll start my duegar thingy.

A group of Duegars stood around a table muttering something with maps opened on the table.

"It is a good plan, but risky non the less. Are you sure we are going trough with this?" One asked with many scars on him as a sure sign of centuries of experience.

"If you have any better ideas then why don`t you share them with us?" Asked the oldest one whom had a crown helmet on the table before him.

"I guess not... but leading the gnolls into our own tunnels? I know we have done that before, but leading a whole darn army in there?" The one retorted with an unsure voice.

"Well it isn`t our mountain and we do not inhabbit it so what a better place for a group grave of those stinking hyenas? Besides that mountains caves have only six exists... three for them to enter and three for us to leave into our own mountain pretty simple..." A far more younger one interfered stepping up to defend the oldest one`s idea.

"And what if our own people get trapped or the gnolls get trough?" A new one stepped up.

"I think fighting to the death is a better option than rotting in here and letting our people die slowly? We have to face that fact that these mountains have never really given us enough food, we can`t even have good grass for our animals, which has no value to the gnolls... the only reason we were driven here was that they had the element of suprise and they had a strong leader..." The oldest said with a serious tone.

"Exactly, besides as we all know they are cunning and strong, but not intellegent and their ugly leader was slain in an ambush in the mountains. That gnoll wasn`t easy to forget was it? Luckily we did kill the beast since it might have been going to the orc clans to make an alliance with them... orcs! That would have been the only thing what we would have needed into this..."

Morethal the youngest of them all cursed, he had been quiet all the time, but he knew of those events since he had been the one to crack the skull of the gnoll leader. The king nodded to his son.

"We will procceed as planned... by tommorrow we will have crushed the gnolls, driven them off the hills into the flatlands and taken the foothills as ours. From there on we will have to be more clever since the gnolls won`t go into the same trap again.." The king informed as the Duegars cheeringly smirked and left the room one by one to make preparations.

(No not smaller! Just leave it and Leon will be the ruler with Floria and there will be the battle between the trible people and the nice people of Xia. Can Xia be a Rohan type place but not with the Edoras bit. Is that confusing?)
