I can't see a poll, the menu's not showing up for me either

Just one thing, i think i remember seeing on the freewebs website that you need to put a link on your website saying that you are hosted by them.

I think it might not be working because your table and div commands are mixed up. Your table should be instead the div layer.
Try putting
Code:
</table>
</div>
At the bottom of your page instead of: Code: </div>
</table> _________________
