Thanks Vivi!
I said Marry Tonks, but going Wolfo-a-Wolfo con Fenrir was a close second.

I was going to vote for "Marry Tonks" but I don't think JK is going to do that in book 7 although I would love too

That's true. But she must continue the Remus and Tonks thing somehow, I don't know.

I want her to write Hogwarts, A History first though.
Then the adventures of Dumbledore and then the Marauder's time at Hogwarts and THEN Tonks and Remus.

I seriously think that Remus should become Remy the Ripper
It would make the book a lot more popular!

Anyway - about the earlier debate about whether being a lycan is heritagory (sp?).
In my opnion, it depend how you see it.
If you see being a werewolf an illness, then it could possibly be passed down to their children seeing as that's what happens with a few illnesses.
If you see being a werewolf a curse, then it probably won't be passed down.
Because if being werewolf is entirely of magic and the such, it would probably only effect that person. But if it runs through the blood - there is a chance it will be passed down.
My lecture for the day

Lol Thank you Professor Nocturne, I thoroughly enjoyed it!
[goes off to discuss it]
I think Remus views his problem as a 'curse' --- but the Marauders viewed it was an 'illness' or his 'furry little problem'.

A 50/50 chance that it can be pass down? Hmmm, interesting,

I guess the main piece of information that is missing is whether it runs through the blood or not.

Yeah.
I think it could be an illness but the person who has it, sees it as a curse, like Remus does.

I hope she writes like all of those.
For the werewolf discussion. I think I'm half and half on it. Cause it could be a curse/illness cause you can't control it. Since there is no known cure. But then again you have to get bit to catch it, so could still be curse/illnesss. I think I'm talking circles around myself. Oh well.

You know, I think that's very true. Seeing as how one has to be bitten in order to get it, it could be an illness, but since it's uncontrollable, it could be a curse. But I think your theory is pretty accurate in my opinion. But in order to figure out whether or not it is herdeitary, we'd need to know if it is in the blood. Im guessing it is in the blood though, since he was bitten and it had to get into the bloodstream to actually effect, as is the way with diseases. But that still doesn't give us full proof that it would carry on to his children. I think I'm going around in circles...
