Ev began wrapping the bandages. "Let me know if I hurt you," she said somewhat quietly.


Ed began laughing quietly, then said, "I think I have a couple of them on my dresser."

Peter nodded slightly. "I will.."

Felicity nodded and stood up, then walked over to his dresser. Seeing the lemons, she sighed quietly and picked one up.

Ed grinned at her. "Good girl," he said jokingly.


Ev deliberately avoided eye contact with him. This had to be one of the most awkward moments of her life. She tried to put gentle pressure on the bandages - or wrap them semi-tightly - but yet not too tight. "Is that alright?" she asked, looking up at him when she was about halfway through.

Felicity gave him a sour look, then shook her head and split the lemon in two, and started to eat it.

Peter nodded a little. "Yeah, it's just right..not too tight."

"'Kay, good..." she said, continuing. "Don't want to make it so tight that you're in pain..."


Ed grinned at her again, then put his head back on the pillow and closed his eyes. "I knew I could get you to eat it."

Peter nodded slightly.

Felicity got the lemon down after a few minutes and looked towards Edmund, just waiting for her voice to come back..and after coughing a couple times, it did. "And how exactly did you know that?"

"I guessed," said Ed, shrugging. "I know you're stubborn as I am, so if I pretended not to hear you, you'd do anything to prove me wrong."


Ev smiled softly, then said, "I forgot to ask how you got this..."

Felicity shook her head, expression sour, then she walked over to the window and rested her forehead against the cool glass.

"Hm?" Peter asked, looking down at her.

Ev looked up at him, surprised secretly at how close she was to his blue eyes....she shook her head and looked back down, "Nevermind."

Peter raised an eyebrow slightly, though said nothing.

"What's the matter?" asked Edmund.


"There you are," said Ev when she finally finished, and secured the last bit of the bandage so that it wouldn't unravel. "That should hold." She looked up at him and smiled.

"My headache is back..though it's about ten times worse now.." Felicity murmured.

Peter smiled down at her. "Thanks.." he said, before reaching for his shirt.

Ev nodded, then got up and sat down on the floor again, picking up the book that she was now halfway done with.

Peter shook his head a little in amusement, then pulled his shirt on again carefully.

"You alright?" asked Ed, his voice full of concern.


Evelyn shook her head, then continued to read, though within fifteen minutes, she had nodded off to sleep.

"I don't know..." Felicity said quietly, before pressing one hand to her forehead.

Peter looked at Evelyn and chuckled quietly.
