A bullet struck him, and the image disappeared, the real him already readying his strike on Vincent.

Kyla was about to ask more questions, but the man hurried away. She scrambled after him, Kith following in his wolf shape. She heard gunshots at the top floor, and was about to enter the elevator when she heard Avia speak "Kyla, come here." Kyla obeyed. "I can get you to the top much faster that that contraption. Get on my back" She turned to Kith. "You can change shape, can you not?" The wolf nodded "Good. You should follow" Kyla jumped on Avia's back, and she jumped into the air. They flew to the top of the building, to an office window. Kith followed as a crow. Through the window they could see A young boy with a sith in hand, attacking another man. The door was kicked down, and they could see the lord in the door frame. "Shield ytour face, Kyla" Avia said. I am going to break the glass." Kyla shielded her face as Avia rose in the air, and then dived into the window, breaking the glass. She skidded to a halt, and Kyla slipped of her back.

Lord Huciod saw the griffin enter with the girl and saw two men: one of them robed wielding a scythe ready to attack the other who Huciod was following. He was wielding a gun. He pointed the gun at the robed man and the sword at the other while Stelpant guarded the door from the white creatures. "Better explain what's going on here," Huciod said, looking from the robed man to the man, Vincent. He was ready to withdraw his arms in case the white creatures come.
