Evelyn nodded and smiled, then turned around as she heard someone walking behind her. She found herself face-to-face with Peter, the older Pevensie brother. "Oh, sorry," she said, moving into the compartment. "Hey!" she whispered to Susan, her best friend.

Peter nodded slightly in response to the apology as he put away some of their baggage on the luggage rack. Lucy squeezed in a few seconds later, and went straight over to Felicity and flopped down next to her, and the two girls started talking quietly.

Evelyn exchanged a quick look with Felicity, saying in two fractions of a second, <i>'Are they actually sitting here?! Dear Lord, is HE sitting here?!</i>

"Yes!" Felicity hissed quickly, glancing at Evelyn. "I asked them to earlier." she said just as quickly, silently thanking the Lord that none of the others had heard her.

Evelyn sighed and sat down next to the window, opposite Edmund and looking out at the scenery.

Felicity rolled her eyes slightly and curled up in her seat, and she and Lucy both fell silent.

Evelyn looked at them and laughed quietly. It was almost as incredible as she herself being silent. She looked out the window again, sighing and watching her city go by.

Evelyn sat still, feeling the silent tesnion in the air. Something was going to happen. You could hear a pin drop, if it wasn't for the blasted engines....she was almost waiting for a suitcase to fall or something....then she jumped and screamed. Her suitcase had fallen over her head and landed in front of her, barely missing her feet.
