Evelyn sighed as a woman showed up in a coach...wagon....carriage...thing. She looked up as she stopped in front of them.

"Mrs. Macready?" Peter asked tentatively, and the woman looked at him. "I'm afraid so. Is this it, then? Haven't you brought anything else?" she asked, raising one eyebrow. "No, ma'am. It's just us." Peter replied. "Small favours." Macready said nastily, motioning for them to get on the wagon. Lucy and Felicity moved to the wagon, and Peter came after them and helped them into the wagon, before putting their bags in and getting in himself. He then turned to help Susan and Evelyn up.

"Thanks," said Ev with a smile as he helped her up after Susan. She sat down on her suitcase next to Felicity.

"You're welcome." Peter replied as Edmund climbed on by himself. As soon as everyone was on, the wagon started off with a jerk.

Felicity sighed and looked over the side of the wagon out of pure boredom. This is going to be loads of fun.. she thought sarcastically.

Shortly after that, the cart jerked to a halt, and Macready climbed out of the driver's seat and looked balefully at the children. "Come along, I haven't got all day."

Margaret jogged out of the manor to great the older woman and children. "Hello Mrs. Macready. Are these the children the Proffesor is expecxting?" She asked with a kind smile.

((I was thinking that Peter and Edmund could have a crush on her and Edmund sees similarities when he meets Jadis.))

"Yes, these are the br-...I mean, children." Macready replied sourly.

Peter muttered something under his breath that caused both Lucy and Felicity to laugh softly, and he helped them down from the wagon, then got off and handed them their stuff.
