Evelyn made a face behind her back, then walked on, listening to her lecture about the 'rules.' She looked over at Susan as she was scolded about touching the 'historical artifacts,' and sighed sympathetically. As soon as she was safe in her room, she said, "That woman has more wind than a hot-air balloon."

"That's a gross understatement.." Felicity muttered, sounding a little annoyed by it all.

"Alright," said Evelyn, for once in her life thoroughly disgruntled. "She has more nerve than a bum tooth."

"She's got more bile than anything alive, as well.." Felicity said, pressing her forehead to the glass of the window and looking down at the grounds below.

Evelyn felt a chill go up her spine. She'd never stooped that low for an insult...ever. "Okay, enough.." she said, unpacking her things. She pulled out her copy of <i>Pride and Prejudice</i> and put it on her nightstand, along with <i>Sense and Sensibility</i>.

Evelyn sighed and shook her head.

The next day, she found herself in the empty library, taking a book from the shelf that looked good (<i>The Three Musketeers</i>,) and turning to find a place to sit down.

Felicity sat on the window seat in the room she and Evelyn shared, staring out the window silently while trying to come up for ideas for things to do. Nothing came to mind, however, so she just sat and stared out the window, bored. Lord, I almost wish I was back home right now..

Margaret smiled as she cooked lunch. She was glad to have more people to talk to. She tolerated Mrs. Macready, and the Professor was always in his room. As she started to set the table she noticed the youngest(am I right) come into the room. "Lucy right? I'm Margaret."

Evelyn sat down next to Susan as she said, "Gastrovascular....Come on, Peter. Gastrovascular."
