Okay so here is the basic idea(btw just think that mankind has reached the same technology level as in Star Wars okay? And I`d like everyone who are from some country to have their chars from there as my char will be from finland as I am... but you don`t have to be... ) :

The year is 3043 and mankind has embarked upon a travel that might as well be their end, but their last hope as earth is now a graveyard. It all began with the invention of hyperdrive in the year 2740, which allowed mankind to travel beyond the galaxy to visit other planets of the universe yet undiscovered. So began the great years of a colonization race similiar to the one once before between the powers of europe.

The race was set and the particans were more than before, even unexpected particans took parts of planets. Britain, USA, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, The Scandnavian Union(every scandinavian country except for island), Poland, China, Russia, Argentina & Brasilia together, Japan, India, Pakistan, Israel and Some unified arabic countries.

(the explenation for some countries is that all technology became so easy to get in the end that many countries could get such without greater funds and the UN couldn`t really deny the right to take parts of planets, but no violence was allowed or the country would suffer the consecuenses...)

As the race ended and all the spaces were filled many disputes about area broke, religious and political differences and ideologies came to play. Terrorist strikes were made and trough this all began the beginning of the end. Finally World War 3 started and nukes were used, battle was fought in space and planets leaving devastation in the galaxy. Earth became crippled and only 400 million people survived out of the 13 billion (just a figure) human beings across the galaxy. So the few survivors met up, many former foes lowered their weapons and decided to together leave for a new galaxy that had been found about hundred years ago, but where no settlers had dared to go yet. Some planets there had miracolously proved like earth and non habbited, and many could be still lived on even without the suitable living places...

All of the former countries and alliances now go as one fleet, the countries prime ministers and presidents sit in a multi national fleet that makes all the decisions, if there is one needed. No one has the bigger amount of ships really so there would be no point of fighting and all the other would destroy the aggressors anyway. So now religious and political ideologys must be put aside that mankind could survive, but will it?

Weapons:a pistol, but usually lets his bodyguards take care of his safety..

History: He was born in Helsinki in 3011 at the very end of the colonization race of the galaxy, he went trough schools and joined the military soon as possible. He went trough the military academy becoming a captain finally, he soon took part in the war that didn`t in truth last too long all tough was bloody enough for him to gain the rank of colonel at the end of the war.

He fought on Mars against Russians and was one of the few survivors from the scandinavians on Mars, he then assumed the command of Tapio as an evacuation plan to meet up with the rest of the ships of the scandinavians. Mars was one of the first planets to suffer nuclear damage yet the war went on in the other planets and earth, but Veli was injured in a russian attack on the escaping ships from Mars and he was offered to join politics for sometime so that he might be of use. He worked as an ambassador with in the british embassy, but returned home soon enough. As earth and other planets were finally devastated, the scandinavians did what the others yet many members of the countries government were killed due to some attacks on Helsinki and after quick elections he got the job of a prime minister...

History: He was born in Taipei, Taiwan in 3013. His grandfather served in the Taiwan Strait War, which gave the Republic of Taiwan control over mainland China. Initially, he had plans to become a medical scientist but when Taiwan joined the space race, he joined the military. He went through the training for the Taiwanese Specials Forces and got in. He performed several operations in the name of Taiwan. He became head of the special forces after the former head was assassinated by a Russian spy and Zhang killed him.
