Hailey had woken up disiley, but with some asprain, was fine now. She came for another lesson of riding english. She saw Vicki warming up her horse, and started to watch...

Vicki had just finished circling the arena at a canter. Slowing down to a steady trot, she headed Twilight toward a set of cavaletti laid out on the ground. Twilight floated over them with her usual grace. Then Vicki cued Twilight to turn and headed, at the walk, to a low crossrail. After hesitating slightly, Twilight cautiously stepped over the jump. Smiling, Vicki turned around, and came at the jump at the trot. A few strides before the crossrail, Vicki leaned foreward in the jumping position. She readied herself for the feeling of the jump...
Twilight refused the jump, coming to a sliding halt in front of the jump. Vicki landed on Twilight's neck. She sighed in exasperation, looking up and turning Twilight toward the arena rail. Seeing Hailey, she trotted over.
"Hi," she said, "How are you feeling today?"

"Hey, I'm fine. watching you, Twilight seems a bit jumping today. Probably because of the ambulance yesterday." She said. And she remembered her old horse Scott. "Remember when I told you about my grey, Scott? He was such a gentle man, at a jump,"
She chuckled at the thought, "He always insisted Ladies First, If you know what I mean,"

Will arived at the barn erly this moring, and stared to bring in hay from the hay barn to the feed room, to get a start on feeding the horses, and mucking out the feilds and stalls.

OOC: well, depends on how long you've been gone... Anyway, everyone at the stable is getting ready for a big show. That's the basis of it.
Vicki started walking Twilight over the jumps again.

Vicki tried jumping Twilight again with the same results. Sighing in exasperation, she just decided to circle the arena at a canter. Maybe that would halp her relax.

"Better than yesterday. My dad said he'd go with me to buy a new saddle. I think I have out grown mine anyway." she said, then walked to Majesty, and Candy cane, and gave them carrots from her pocket. "Well, got to get ready for my lesson" She said, and went into the tack room to find a lead rope...

Vicki decided to try jumping one more time. She lined Twilight up with the jump and trotted towards it. Rising into jumping position a few paces before the jump, she readied herself for the jump. Twilight stopped short, dragging her hind legs to slow her down. Vicki, caught off balence, tumbled off Twilight's shoulder. She relaxed and took the force of the fall on her shoulder. She sat up shakily, rubbing her bruised limbs. She was going to be sore tomorrow...
"What am I going to do with you?" Vicki asked, giving Twilight a glare.
Knowing it was bad to end on a fall, Vikci swung herself back into the saddle and rode around some more.

Hailey came out with a yellow lead rope. She clipped it onto the haltoer that was already on Candycane. She led her horse to the cross ties, and started on her with the curry comb...
